-Quarantine of the Soul-

Tranquil pills fall deep like the night
A sweet fangless course
Bites with no remorse
Your eyes struggle to read my ageless soul
Lost
Dark
You open a heart under Quarantine
The past
The present
The future
Stand in the way of what was and never will be
A contagious disease
I call "LOVE!"

(Past-- you came)
Somewhere deep inside --with you--
The Maverick
The Majestic
The Arriving Vessel of Light
I separated myself from the world
 --to be with you--
I polished a new diamond night
With pleasures of meeting where our hearts began
Deep like the night, you woke my sleepless soul
Removing it from the safe harbor of the sea
-Isolated from all to see
No risk or chance, of smiling endlessly

(Present-- you set)
Tonight you fell from Mandalay
You spoke in a way that Cut my throat with truth
You detained my ego clouding the auspices sky
Allowing a smile
A tender peek into your heart
It spread in ways -- I wanted more
I kept deep until you found your way past the door
Persistent memories
In search of eternity
Tonight lets learn to live again
With no fear, I remove all labels
Making the moon and sun rise together
My love, my life now depends on you

(Future-- you left)
With no explanation
The age of Quarantine will forever set

You came to me
Set me free
Just to leave

Now you are a virus --- Just like them!!!

Silent Heart

Sad, as it maybe, I had to break my OWN heart,
Too many nights, I sat there all torn apart
A dream girl,
Sitting under its own corrupted auspices sky
You the poet, in disguise
Telling white lies about, your love for me
Saying I'm a born from the sky....
A match, a queen, your muse, your everything
I'm no good, I admit this once more,
Your advice, I forever adorn

It's time to follow the crying crows and praise what is left
Afraid to listen my rhymes weren't cutting it,
I release it all!
Your smiles, words, and worn out shoulders
I walked away
Silently--
I acted on
Without a word, in a fetal stage I awake
Tonight you carry a tune for others
A story of a man who stole my soul of sins
A poet, I long forevermore
Always, you will own the only sound that still beats inside
To live alone, in silence, asleep in my own world
I had to let go,
-Of him, whose name I whisper in darkness
The only thing that remains is the echoes of pouring rain

Too many reasons, writer's block, took full moon
You are a poet, from another lifetime,
Down in Mandalay, I can no longer ask you to stay
Reading everything about my life, silent and old
Alliterating poems, greeting every dark shadow, normally yours
Many nights I waited, long for the moment of my OWN return
Instead, I found myself alone
Trying to dust off yesterday's verse, yesterday's dirt
Cobweb remains on my page
My pen now sits like a twig
No motion, since the day I decided I am not worthy of the wait
You the poet, who walks my way
I pressured less of me every day
Like Aspen, a forever winter cold!
Isolated to the world
In your eyes, you wonder why,
I trace the white smoke standing in your place?

To savor your words, once more
It's too soon to breathe again.

I hope you understand,
How can I continue to love when I don't even love myself?

Premium Member Spiritual Moment

“Mystic Moment with you”

A natural look of who I am on the inside.
A reality check of who you are on the outside.

A mirror facing west makes the difference in you and me.
Open your eyes and see.

The child I was today is the reflection of you tomorrow.
The ideas of different skies drifted off without sorrow.

I am the good the bad, and the ugly…
A song permitting retrospection to delay the same face with yesterday’s glee.

From the moon to admirable moon;
The dignity of holding the same tune.

I am the swan that swims through your veins.
You are what swim’s through my moods and rain.

The miracle of our heritage echoed so far away.
Auspices now imitate metaphors that were under the surface bay.

An unknown look strays outside the window.
Behind the gates, that leads into tomorrow’s limbo.’

A mirage of turning around and seeing nobody but you and me.
Mystic moments that attract other moments of originality.

A dream that speaks about the image of my new beginning.
My courage polishes off the mirror image of a falling stars ending
You are the beating pulse that resides on the inside and outside of my being.

“You are the REFLECTION of my spiritual place”

NATURE

Nature:
A conglomeration of unbounded energy into matter
Under
The auspices of paramount universal Logos
That
The harmonious coexistence of opposite forces
Established
By
Masterfully choreographing it with the help
Of
The infallible divine will
And
Painstakingly interwoven with the assistance
Of
Mighty space and time!

End Game

End Game

Daylight, collected by ancient violins
Breaks a cadaverous rhythm
From dreams of a crashing heart
And all encumbered the features of its crag
Rages pitiful

It is a sigh, which leaves the unsleeping cushion
To bury knuckles in tired eyes
Daylight
With the auspices of its vendetta hanging cryptic
In riddled made promises
By the sun catches
Nothing

The mirror in its jaundice of coffee, continues
And stares melancholy from its own reflection
Hangs bloodless
Daylight
In its search for continuum
And its succession to hope
Clings remorseless
To love
In a steadfast silence
Holds its will to its own faith in strength

And so anchored on peace, the day begins in patience

And cast as grain to the eternal dusts
The ancient chord of violins
With sorrows bow draws upon the strings
Of my heart

Daylight
And with its first thought; turned on love

And Now God Brings To You,

***AND NOW GOD BRINGS TO YOU… ***

Ladies and Gentlemen!
Through the auspices of
Our Glorious God’s
         Creation Company…

Traveling the infinite of Love…
 Across the heavens, then
Through our atmosphere, and,
With His eternal nearness to
The Earth’s moving horizons ~
In His wanting to reach
Every bedroom
Door and window with His Light…
All rise, please, as

The New Day
    Now Presents to you:
        The Sun!

See how
She first appears with a single, flaming peek
Out from beneath
The opaque black curtain of night,
Which stirs us to wake from
The forgettable dreams of dead sleep.

The fanfare of trees,*
    which grows and breathes,
     just beyond my window,
Now tunes up to accompany
Sun’s early swim up the sky,
Their punctuating notes, their leaves
     swishing and flittering
In time with whistling breezes to
Signal
Sun has begun
Her welcomed performance —
Quite delighting our eyes
With her dazzling, ornate, orange dress.

There are exclaiming cheers heard
     from Mother Nature’s
“Sold-out” audience — that color-lush
Everywhere around,
Holding hope for this re-rebirth of
A new day, preceding all
The days of discovery still to come.

** Note: “fanfare” of trees —
SO, For the trees outside my window, it is not a “group, border, array, cluster, grove, mass, or forest.” Since I needed to describe and define with a NEW adjective, Writer’s License was used - after research — i coin the trees with whom I interac as a “fanfare” of trees, meaning essentially, an ‘addition’ or enhancement to a specified principal thing, which adds value.
Written with concern for world’s areas
surfering severe drought. Prayers going
Up for your relief & all peoples to work on the global environmental crisis.

Everlasting Echoes In My Mind

Under last propitious auspices of a half-moon sky
swaying within lingering notes slipping slowly away
tepid eyes gaze adrift misted
over a still sea imagining
two silhouettes dancing arm in arm
across distant shores and distant memories.

Gasps gentle gasps holding breaths
in meaningful moments
where faraway stars illuminate fantasy
and gracefully glide on every breeze
the notes of a rising tomorrow join hands
with the keys from a fading yesterday
forming everlasting echoes in my mind

Aha...At Last,..Bitta Bing Bitta Bang
The Figurative Nail Hit On The Hair Strand Size Head!

Though no physician,
this aging baby boomer
absolutely, intuitively, and
unequivocally sensed hair loss (mine),
at first a speculative rumor
not simply in my (ahem) head,
no matter a minimalist groomer

nevertheless, thinning follicles,
upon dawning realization, sans medical
sought relief thru good humor,
though within this balding cerebral noggin
became repulsive as if my scalp
pulled pate rendered as a tumor.

Thus an unexpectedly present surprise
when in private consultation in the guise
as out patient client (early afternoon
December 19th, 2018),
where I did fraternize
and kibitz with the medical assistant

(old enough to be my...sister),
aye did exercise
mild mannered mien mean, aye do patronize
before doctor Rudolf (dearly
reigned) Roth, a practicing
Dermatologist told me no lies

his instant karma knowledge - mainly his
thirty seven years expertise
sought to excise
a prominent non cancerous mole approximately
centered middle of back
a small patch of skin,

he needed to anesthetize
nonetheless, a reassuring persona,
yours truly did lionize
(not merely, cuz
he received a five star rating,
specialist under auspices

of Penn, Medicine)
in Radnor Pennsylvania),
his modest calm did neutralize
any uneasiness, as did his pronounced
humility earn kudos to idolize
such rarely present gentility, and

unwitting capacity did harmonize,
and maximize significance to me,
asper my thinning limp
hair logically rationalize
identified underactive thyroid gland

(hypothyroidism) tubby,
which didst legitimize
no hair brained rooted concern,
hence...less reason to catastrophize',
which for no reason I
wanted to mildly emphasize,
hence choice to apostrophize...

Why

Don't you retain your denotations after leaving

The lips that have pronounced you but instead

You venture into a labyrinth of connotations creating thus

Confusion and misunderstanding that make it

Difficult for ideas to be transmitted intact?

Sad Old Me

You say you never heard
My prayers of last night?
The night was cold and gray
And your memory bold and gay
My bed of straw was bare
My linen- old and thin
And I woke up many times.

One time I sat on my straw
When I turned my head- facing the echo
It was only a dream, a poor dream
With the plume of a cockscomb
And the beauty of valleys and hills
Gently bearing the sparkling waters
Of the dreamland streams.

One time I called your name
And waited for my dream pet
And when the door opened
My heart opened too:
Sharing the joys and pains
Of a comfortless age
Awaiting dusk in the morning.

Since then countless years have passed
And numerous trials have I passed
Each a good deal worse than the other;
But I could not impress on mother
That high peaks have many precipices
And while my love served under other auspices
The same thoughts of grief came back
And sad old me cannot stay the hour!

In the Valley

In the valley,
a glistening kaleidoscope of celestial orbs
dwells in an epic sky...on a bed of aster.
My eyes are ravenous searching the timeless universe,
a visual delight lying under an oasis of stars.
Embraced in an exquisite night zephyr
in a moment of cherished bliss,
I am impervious to the tainted world.
It's ironic how the nefarious coexists with the sublime,
all one world depending on one's perception...
I shed a tear with humility
feeling insignificant in the vast universe,
while pondering the simplicity of what is kismet...
my life is in the hands of God, uncomplicated.
I am the one which obscures my destined path.
Knowing my fate has led me to the valley,
with vigor I taste the moist, night air,
breathing in the lilacs and lilies in bloom.
I am under the auspices of the stars
and their effusive gallivant across the glorious sky,
all a testament to the beauty of creation.
Tomorrow will be ecstasy,
certainly, better than yesterday.
Perhaps, even better than these minutes
under an epic sky...
in the valley.

Autumn Leaves

Amber regal trees spread forest true
Utopia to reveries welcoming the view.
The gold and orange standing proud and tall
Under the auspices of dying and taking a fall.
Merriment of a springing birth and summer green
Now at the altar, fall leaves sit and glean.
Love of lost summer days bristling in the wind
Ever so young at heart dancing on a twine.
And now the golden memories fade and impasse
Verdant at what was once been, now land in mass.
Eyes of fall reveries soon tear the barren trees
Soon solemnly sit in bereavement of a deep freeze.
