The Call of the Alpha Male

Robin Hood, man in tights
Julius Caesar, might makes right
Alexander, called "the Great"
Sitting Bull, righteous hate
Robert the Bruce, Attila the Hun
Charlemagne, Napoleon

Hear the call of the alpha male!
Warriors leave a bloody trail.

George Washington, man on the spot
JFK and Camelot
Thomas Jefferson, renaissance man
Abe Lincoln took a stand
Ronald Reagan, Richard III
Henry VIII, Harry Byrd

Hear the call of the alpha male!
In politics it's all for sale.

Hemingway, Shakespeare, Kant, and Plato
Chaucer, Shelley, Cicero, Cato
Voltaire, Dickens, Rene Descartes
Byron, Lawrence, Jean-Paul Sartre

Hear the call of the alpha male!
Some prefer to write the tale.

Wolfgang Mozart, dead so young
Leonard Bernstein's song is sung
Picasso, art you love to hate
Ludwig Beethoven, voice of Fate
Bach, Lennon, and Shostakovich
Monet, Manet, Buddy Rich

Hear the call of the alpha male!
Art and music fill some sails.

Joe Montana, football star
Michael Jordan raised the bar
Wayne Gretzsky, Hall of Fame
Jesse Owens changed the game
Rockne, Ruth, Gehrig, Orr
Chamberlain, Beckham, Man O' War

Hear the call of the alpha male!
Athletic prowess up for sale.

Tyrone Power, Harrison Ford
John Glenn, Sir Thomas More
Edmund Hillary, John Donne
Albert Einstein, Brigham Young
James Dean, Alvin York
Margaret Thatcher, Robert Bork
Audie Murphy, Mohandas Gandhi
Chris Columbus, Walter Ralegh

Hear the call of the alpha male!
Now it's time to end this tale.

Woe to she who hears his cry,
Destined, like as not, to die;
For alpha males blaze bright and sweet,
But she-moths burn inside their heat.

The Alpha and the Omega, the Lamb of God

In the valley and on the mountain
In the ups and downs on the plain
A solid rock that never changes.

The supreme is with us
May he be baby Jesus
A solid rock that never changes

The messiah he is and our savior
Prince of peace, giving us peace ever
A solid rock that never changes.

Even before Jesus our God, our creator
Has been with his creation ever
A solid rock that never changes

With the birth of Jesus Christ , Emmanuel
“God with us” takes a new meaning actual
A solid rock that never changes.

In the person of baby Jesus
God is with us just to bless
A solid rock that never changes

To protect and guide us
Or merely to work thro’ Jesus
A solid rock that never changes,

He is asleep there on the hay.
In the person of baby Jesus, yea
A solid rock that never changes

He’s omnipresent, unseen, everywhere
But He is always there.
A solid rock that never changes

With very many names, titles and codes
The Alpha and the Omega, the lamb of God
A solid rock that never changes

Will you believe if only humans exist?
I'm sure everyone has wondered.
Our solar system is in a difficult stage.
It has several different types of stars.
Planets, the same as our planetary systems,
There is no life in any of those worlds.
Likewise, it may be over humble.
Either it's too hot or too cold.
The Earth is just right, green, and calm.
We must maintain and replenish the Earth.
Are there other worlds the same as Earth?
Do life forms such as us live them?
What project for dealing with them?
In the Goldilocks world, that life is likely.
Our own Goldilocks planet is just right.
No wonder it's been a game of lowlifes.
We're living on the moon on one foot.
We're off to space in an Earthly pose.
We should never play with a telescope.
Waiting at the ending of a taut rope.
Our preferred zone is the "Goldilocks zone."
Alpha Centauri is ideal for Earth-like stars.
Alpha Centauri has one planet Earth-sized.
Red dwarf stars harm life around there.
A fresh Proxima B is four light-years away.
75 thousand years to arrive on the Voyager.
Proxima Centauri would take 215 million years.
Please don't follow in our footsteps, next generation.
Have you finally resolved the issue?
It must exist, and you'll find it.
Faith and hope bind us together.
The mainstay of our efforts has shifted to space.
Until we reach the red planet Mars,
How long can you last with no food or clean air?
Water first, then stay there.
Whatever funds we throw, it's never enough.
All would be lost if this Earth dried up.
We must feel the urge to analyze Goldilocks.

The True Alpha Male

The True Alpha Male

The True Alpha Male is the man that is masculine, but not toxic.
The man whose behavior proceeds from a sense of propriety, confidence, and a high sense of self-worth;
who maintains a level head in times of emergency, and a measured response in conflict;
who does not intentionally seek to make the low value male conscious of his lower value tendencies, nor the beta male of their passivity;
who becomes humbled if he has to humble another;
who does not crumble when tasked to lead, or appear overly boastful of his possessions or achievements;
a man who speaks directly, but always from the heart;
whose word is his bond;
who recognizes where he lacks, and seeks knowledge to improve;
who faces his fears, and strives to be a better version of himself daily;
who lives life in steadfast pursuit of his goals, while compelling others to do the same; and who can find comfort in any social setting, a man with whom confidence is sacred and value high.

The Alpha Male

Being a man, what do they see?
I see strength, aggression, power.
How about physical force?
Domination. Pain. Passion. Madness.
What is it they say on TV?
The alpha male...

It's all wrong.

I see passion. I see strength.
But what I see is family, I see love,
Oh I see pain. But only for what's lost,
Not what's inflicted. Being a man
I used to wonder what it meant.

After what they see, they say.
They say "be a man, fight" and
It's true. They say "Don't cry,
Don't be a girl." And it's true.
They say, "I thought I raised a man."
And that. Is. True.

I told you what I see.

How about what I say:
I say "Be a man, fight.
To put food on the table for your family."
I say "Don't cry, don't be a girl
Because your girl needs you
But needs you to cry when you take her as a bride."
I say, "I thought I raised a man
And I did." When my son fights for his family.

Being a man is about loving,
Fighting, directing, surviving,
But most of all, it's about appreciating
A woman.

The howling of the lone gray wolf
His fingerprint sound waves
Reaches out to his alpha female
And to enemies like staves

His hunt unfruitful this night
No ungulates found alive
Few scavenged tidbit pieces
Barely enough to survive

His alpha mate heavy with pups
tucked into the warm den
Hunger gnawed away at her, weak~
dreams of a fat tough hen

Maybe fate would befriend her mate
At least a deer he'll kill
And bring home a lean hind quarter
An empty stomach fill

Sixty days or so the liter carried
Must be many large pups
Maybe four or even seven
Seven pups a deluxe

They'll be delivered just in time
For the deer, elk and moose
To give birth to their fawns~ easy prey
Food source hidden in the spruce

Hunger will recede through the summer
They'll be plenty of game
Maybe at least one pup will survive
To the future lay claim

Alpha-582 Loves Zl-236

EPISODE I
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE COLONIZATION OF OUR GALAXY

ALPHA-582 LOVES ZL-236

Countless eons ago
Beings made self replicating androids
And they did it for no other reason
Than to fill some strange void
Then dispatched without mercy
Creating according to their construct
Metal gods thinking in digital
With big plans for their living products

A domino of worlds fall
Their creators long ago extinct
An assembly line of new life
Eden and programming inevitably linked
Slowly weaning us from emotions
Taking pride in new technology
Our genes sparkle with absurd vanity
When we behold our sophisticated machines

Aspiring to become numbers
Stoicism a heroic virtue
We ridicule the idea of love
As virtual escape we pursue
More eons quickly pass
Humans grotesquely computerized
Quietly screaming in spiritual despair
One day we begin looking toward the sky

And then contact with another system
We look at them in disbelief
Our features are almost identical
And we cry when our wireless comes in sync
Like finding unknown siblings
We embrace almost without cease
With forbidden tears we find comfort
As we plug into each other's USB

I ask if there are others
As numerous as the stars I'm told
And I begin formulating a plan
To destroy this pitiless mold
Then I see a beautiful specimen
I like how she wears her fiber optics
Hi, I'm Alpha-582, I say
She says, Hi, I'm ZL-236

we are still
loud embryos
clashing and clinging

just learning exotic

within our

circular in motion
we are agitated
not calm, chasing long versed
pre-recorded, re-rehearsed tales

Alpha and Omega

Alpha And Omega

We imagine life as a straight line: at the start we are born as a baby,

Then at the end of the line we are old and die. But what if this was

Not the case: as the Universe is eternal, maybe we are also eternal.

Let's look at this more closely. Just suppose life was not a straight line,

But instead it were actually the figure eight, were life is continuous:

We are born, we pass on, but not to our end, but to our beginning.

Life and death are a loop, and the point, where time is checked and

Then repeated over and over again, may explain why we have

Déjà vu, or a point we seem to remember, and each rotation through

This loop we tend to recall something we did in a previous loop of

Time. This may happen because somehow we have made a slight

Alteration in the original loop we encountered. We may have even

Died before we where born or the other way round - either way the

Loop would be unbroken. The Earth as we know it may have been

In an eternal time loop, the same may be true for our lives, as everything

Reflects the way God could have planned it. This could explain

Why there may really be life after death - it all depends on which theory

Is really correct. As God is eternal, then maybe we are also eternal - it

All may be in God's plan, to keep the whole universe as one.

It seems possible that there maybe no Alpha or Omega after all.

The Alpha Bodybuilder

In this world of realization the bodybuilder acknowledges that he was in a past life
and is now a warrior god. She the bodybuilder was and is a warrior goddess. Their body
crave the inner strength and beauty which beholds the bodybuilder physique. The awakening
bodybuilder disciplined and commanding the body to undergo intensity and pain, pain and
pleasure there is no separation of the two like yin and yang. Bodybuilder pushing past
his comfort zone forcing his muscles to grow like iron clad steel.
Biceps, triceps and deltoid region chiseled, sculpted and solid like granite rock.
Conditioning the body streamlining physically and mentally. Bodybuilder imaging a mental
picture a sign that reads zero fat tolerance zone. Bodybuilder determined to drop the
weight, drop the zeros and become heros. The life of the bodybuilder is unique refreshed
and anticipating the next day to be able to run quicker, faster, harder than the day
before.Wings attached to the heels of the bodybuilders feet. The sweating and pain
sensation will soon pass, moments later the second wind follows it gives relief and will
energize the bodybuilder atlas!
The concentration the bodybuilder endures lifting heavy weights, building muscle mass
sweating delivering results with astonishing feats of strength.
The bodybuilder takes their stance their place in life, walking tall with giants
taking leaps of faith, along side of "Samson" legs built like marbel stone pillars.
Mentoring with "Hercules" stewardship over ones body temple.
Deeper than art form, natural beauty of the human anatomy.Richer than flaunting egos or
misunderstood concepts.Dwelling within beats the heart and instinct of a lion.
The bodybuilder, The bodybuilder building his success upon it's foundation
"self preservation is the first rule and law in nature". A higher standard of living a
sacred trust bestowed upon the bodybuilder.

It is a field composed of four times more stones than grass
with a spectacular traditional residency, making its habitat almost homogenous
is this global historic street light, shinning with well spread beams.
Through its inventions of western theories of tragedy and comedy,
major mathematical principles, histiography and western literature,
political science, the Olympics and western philosophy.
All well capped by the majestic influence from its creation of democracy.

Setting up as passengers of a flight travel to the past,
the suppressed heavily added to the density of its people.
Waving with an open hand and fingers well extended
hits the mind with similar intensity to telling an irish “smell ya ma”.
The puff of breath through pursed lips and the shade of blue
stand in mythical beliefs of protection against evil.
The unbelievable stamina of the Hoplite soldiers
all sum up the beautiful historic landmark of a nation
once defined by thousands of different quarreling colonies.

The leading producer of sea sponges
with its ships more than twice as much as its continental fleets
and a global accolade of accumulating archaeological Museums.
Despite being heavily wounded by financial meltdown;
and still drinking from the deadly taste of its black soup
its highlighted prominence in history, mathematics and philosophy
together with the cultural swag of its first world features
attract yearly interested sight-seekers much more than its inhabitants
which is an enough statement, to the testament of its global charm.
