The Lady I Adore

You know I can love you,
It's happened before.
I saw in your eyes,
The lady I adore.

My heart is still with you,
Where ever you go.
I still want you to know,
You're the lady I adore.

I should have told you.
That I love you.
I told you once before.
I should have told you right then.
Before you walked out the door.

You know I still need you.
Your tender company.
I need a little bit more.
From the lady I adore.

I should have told you.
I need you.
I need you to stay.
I should have told you that day.
The day you walked out the door.

Because..you know I can love you,
It's happened before.
I saw in your eyes,
