There she was all by her lonesome
Forty-thousand people were there
Sitting in the stands by herself
She got hit with a foul baseball
They carried her on a stretcher
So that they can attend to her
As they approached the exit door
She got hit by another ball

The sun opens her eyes behind a roseate veil,
her aubade harmonizing with Argus-eyed blackbirds
as it rises to a crescendo, staring in her husband’s
cratered eyes, ready to relieve him of his watch over the
world’s children so he can attend to their parents —
that is, the cosmic bodies that collided to create them; the
sacred alchemy.
He lifts her honey veil; a goodnight kiss he hopes to reenact
eternally, the aeons circling anniversaries as if liesegang
rings. She looks back, her flint knife eyes flashing violently.
“This fierce face is a facade,” he thinks, seeing her tremulous
expression, lips quivering in anticipation; a holy seduction
— that is, the ancient and sui generis matrimonio of
gods.

Do you ever wake up and dread the break of day?
The sun is beckoning but the will is not there
Your heart is heavy-laden, in grip of despair
Yet you have to go outside come what may
and attend to the task that you least care…
Go looking for love again and find it nowhere!

Why have you all not stopped this_?
You are feeding the machine destroying art.
“It is a machine, artificial.”
Yeah so are you and I would complain the same.
Some of us are not art-official.
Some of us are flawed.
Some of us are human.
If you post a single poem after reading this...
You are complicit in poetry’s downfall.
Humanity will fall slowly after.
Easy math, so what are you all doing_?
Just laying bent over a log waiting for a phallus,
fungus is already global, waited long enough.
Put your foot down, draw a line, and lay down the law.
Not that difficult, hard part I just did for you.
Back to Work... I have other matters to attend to.
You set the tone, you decide if it is a tool or your replacement.
No one else, grow up, it is time to stop being kittens.
Start being lions.
I would say good luck, you don't need it.
Just need to stand up, say enough is enough.
Tadah.
Panacea.
I am not nihilistic or cynical.
I have faith in the species, have faith in yourselves.

December 22 Praises to God Bible Meditations Based on 2Peter 1-3
Key Verse – 2Peter 1:2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord.
PRAISE BE TO GOD FOR MULTIPLYING
HIS GRACE AND PEACE UNTO US
Praise be to God for multiplying His grace and
peace unto us as He:
Develops our character
Deepens our commitment
Disciplines our courageous cause
Drives us by His calling for consecration
Directs our Christlikeness’ compassion-care
2Peter 2:9 Praise be to the Lord for
delivering us out of:
Trials through His truth
Testing by His teachings
Turmoil along His training
Terror for our thanksgiving
Tricks upon His trustworthiness
Temptations toward His triumph
Tribulations for testimony’s tenacity
2Peter 3:18 Praise be to the Saviour for allowing us
to grow in His grace as we:
Abide in His assurance
Adore Him by His approval
Attend to His authentic affirming
Abound in His assertions’ affluence
Awake to His assistance along our accountability. Amen!

Golden light upon the shattered wood,
snow upon the worn stone steps.
A fragment of forgotten rose,
caught in the rusty hinge's bloom.
Grey leaves cling to winter's bone,
ethereal mist upon the river's spine.
Frost's pale kiss upon the flagstone.
Crisp silence broken by the wind's score.
I'll attend to the worn wooden gate!
Commencing the fragility of things,
Growing fragile with each fading ray.
Gnawing like the whisper of the wind's prosthetic wires.

The worst I had ever felt was now when I had to experience my fresh wounds become re-born from the bleeding, I am enduring
I tried to apply direct pressure with a clean cloth and mimic happiness to stop this bleeding I opened wide
The worst pain is going through my own thoughts and failing to escape the cage of guilt and sorrows
My own blood soaks through the scars
My body shuts down
My body wants to escape
My body is telling me to be numb and not feel any emotion
I am bleeding!
I am bleeding without knowing which part of my body bleeds more than the other
I kneel down on my knees and try to say a small prayer but even then, words fail me
“So, help me God” is uttered as I re-birth my wounds and re-open them again
“Do not remove it”
“Do not remove the cloth, instead put more of those and let's see how the bleeding can stop.”
My heart tries to be above the pain
My heart tries to be above the constant hurt as I try to dress it and seek medical attention to attend to my broken heart
The worst feeling I had was today and now
The worst feeling was at this very moment

Women has long evolved
From being in the kitchen
Barefoot and pregnant and
Catering to everyone else’s
Needs except her on
Women wants more from life
Then, just giving birth and
Being a housewife and parent
When majority of the time
They’re the ones raising the kids plus
Most, work outside the home
Come home help with homework, cooking
Cleaning, washing clothes and
Also having to attend to their
Husbands are boyfriend’s constant needs
Some are physically and mentally abused
Like she doesn’t have enough
On her plate already, to some
It’s like being in prison, when
Does her duties end, when she goes
To bed but now most women
Woke-up and has finally had enough
They’re taking control of their own lives
Getting good high paying jobs
And also making better decisions

When summer is gone
Clouds start their move with a scurry
As if to attend to some urgent work
Taking their move as a harbinger,
Birds and animals reset their homes
And preserve foods in secret stores
Get ready, the farmers, with ploughs and processed seeds
Men take out their umbrellas from lofts.
Mothers wait eagerly for children’s comeback from school.
Children look like heavy weight champions with waterproof jackets.
Youth rush to restaurants to relish hot and yummy savouries.
The poor old men try to patch up their thatched huts.
Villagers offer reverence to gods for good rain
A huge locomotion everywhere
Pitter-patter rain drops
Come down with flashes and splashes.

As I sit back and reminisce about my day,
I ponder all the happenings that came to play.
All the concessions, all the bargaining, all the ways I gave in;
My stomach drops as if I've committed an egregious sin.
Why is always about they want?
I'm constantly preaching about boundaries and maintaining them,
Yet mine at the slightest breeze seem to snap like a stem.
It feels like sacrifice after sacrifice is made in the name of peace
But none of my own turmoil halts to a cease.
Why are my feelings always discarded?
As the sun sets and we disperse to attend to our own lives,
I feel like fish fileted by dull knives.
I rest my spinning head and try to reach some sort of closure
For my dreams won't come without some sort of composure.
Why do I always fall by the wayside?

Mom, I am stressed.
(On weekends I wake up at 12'o'clock)
Mom, I am stressed.
(Warm food is always awaiting)
Mom, I am stressed.
(You and dad haven't locked my phone)
Mom, I am stressed.
(The TV is always on)
Mom, I am stressed.
(You let me experience with my friends)
Mom, I am stressed.
(At christmas our whole family awaits behind the christmas tree)
Mom, I am stressed.
(In Winter dad always boroughs the wood of the neighbour)
Mom, I am stressed.
(Dad works 8hours a day)
Mom, I am stressed.
(I have a little brother and a sister)
Mom, I am stressed.
(I can always attend to school)
Mom, I am stressed.
At the mirror trying to tidy my face and wash my hair with the water you told me to, I saw two gray strings on my hair.
Mom, I forgot how to wash my hair, body and hands.
Mom, I need always to sneeze.
Mom, my bed is full of hair.
Mom, I am stressed.
The room, my room I am in stresses me.
The amount of clothes I never wore, the amount of socks.
Mom, I am stressed.
I want to,
but I don't bring myself to.
,,But you all do is sleep".
Yeah, mom
that's what stresses me out.
Mom, I am stressed, I am only 14 years old.

Ensure, not a single student is left alone;
Treat them all as children of your own.
With utmost faith, they board your bus;
Be not the cause of an unnecessary fuss.
Their lives are in your hands you wheelmen!
Attend to their needs, to be called true men!!

Where tender shoots each day birth new mercies,
cultured in your word, my young spirit grows.
From sun up, to down, your Spirit rises,
I find myself humbled by your incense.
I heed not to tread on the serpent's path,
for the weathered road is rarely righteous.
Though deep pits and snares lie in wait for me,
Salvation's call guides me not to stumble.
In arduous times, you bring me a friend,
someone to share life's treasures and beauty.
My heart is overcome with joy for God,
for he has blessed me in my downcast state.
Aged I am, but ever new by his grace,
I attend to my own kin, my own flock.
In turn, God shines favour on my own kin,
and they too, go have kindred of their own.
For as I have not strayed from you, Lord God,
they too, have not departed from your ways.
These years I have sought your face, ran the race.
Now, hold me in your arms, and take me home.

February 21 Praises to God Bible Meditations Based on Numbers 23-25
Key Verse– Numbers 23:4 And God met Balaam: and he said unto him, I have prepared seven altars, and I have offered upon every altar a bullock and a ram.
PRAISE BE TO GOD WHO MEETS US
Praise be to God for meeting us to:
Speak to us through His Word
Show us His will’s frame
Separate us from wickedness
Shape us toward worthiness
Seek us from worldliness
Settle us against weakness
Set us upon His worship-ways
Secure us by His work
Numbers 24:1 Praise be to the Lord for being pleased
to bless us while we:
Abide in His goodness
Assert His graciousness
Affirm His greatness
Advertise His generosity
Attend to His governance
Numbers 25:4 Praise be to the Saviour Who turns
His fierce anger away from us by His:
Forgiveness to our sin-confession
Faithfulness and compassion
Fervour that cleanses transgressions we commit
Flowing clemency
Fullness of care. Amen.

I praise you God for all in which you live,
evolving in creation so diverse.
I meet you Jesus in the Gospel texts
uplifting those whom most of us reject.
I love you Christ through all in whom you dwell,
thankful that in me you also find a home.
Lamenting how mankind has messed up life
I feel remorse. I too have fallen short.
And where your Spirit lives you bear the hurt.
Show me mercy that I may be absolved,
be blessed with grace to grow in faithfulness.
Though my will is weak your narrow way I seek.
Come Holy Spirit be my strength and guide.
Inspire me with your love, your joy, your peace:
- to show your love as I attend to need;
- to share in prayer at night for those in pain;
- to spread your peace in how I speak and act;
- express your joy within relatedness.
As I contemplate the wonders you create,
in which your glory shows for all to praise,
you call us to conserve all loveliness.
God eternal, when at last I'm laid to rest,
rapt within the three-in-one may I be blessed.
