Treat yourself, why don't you
Only you know the sacrifice
And how short life can be
Seek the small pleasures before
They escape you forever
Happiness is on a plate
Annotate your life with fantastic
Stories of immense
Hope and adventure
Bravely respond to life's challenges
Recuperate when necessary
Organise and rest
Weave peace into your schedule
Never compromise on self-care
But be generous. Outrageously so..
Encounters are opportunities
Anxiety is the thief of your joy
Never let the loud noises dictate.
Silence your spirit, surrender to God
Whatever good things
Arrive at your table
Festivities or
Failures
Learn every lesson
Embrace each with gratitude
Seasons mean growth; under or above ground

Simply
The elements unite
Linked and willing,
In no prescribed order
The route’s lay swirls
Through
Our simple souls,
Appearing still
But
Bleeding subtly
Along the outstretched
Fibers of the cosmic fabric
God breathes ~
His effects
In seemingly
Simple
Measures
— His music and mathematics —
Annotate
The dances we seek —
The steps for the soul
With its holy and awed
Communion…
Graces exclaiming
Alleluhia!
Shaking the stillness
Wherein He is found
Ever yet renewing
His Love

Authors annotate and analyze articles,
Arranging an alphabet accordingly.
An artist accents acrylic asymmetrical aspects,
Always adding attention aimed at an attractive apparatus.
Actors articulate authentic accounts,
Always appealing accurate appearances.
Authors, artists, and actors are alike.
Where did you come from
what exactly are you
Evil lurks in your lum
your works are not queue
you prey on the weak
so you can feel strong
these words I do speak
until transformation comes along
you feed into famine
and sickness you allow
your arm is as a talon
you rip the flesh you vow
some may not understand this
I hope that soon will dissipate
this longing for a world of bliss
I cry out to annotate

You and me we'd make a great rhyming couplet.
A.K.A a grinding couplet.'
'You can get on top of me like enjambment.'
'I can show you some wild imagery,
Me on you, you on me.'
'Metaphor stands for meet-at-four,
We'll get it on till the break of dawn.'
'Damn, could you BE anymore sexual?' -an example of a rhetorical question you could include...
'S-s-s-s-s-SEX!'- an example of sibilance you could use (and probably will).
'Annotate me honey, and together we can achieve a deeper meaning.'
