"Referencing an old poetic imagism sort of poem I wrote some four years ago--almost to the day---wherein lies a paradox," ... by The Poet.
MIRROR, MIRROR
I was in a room,
there, I saw a mirror,
and then I saw him,
I told him to get out,
and he did,
and he took the mirror,
and I was no more.
--The End--
Albeit, natheless
of no consequence
admissible ... thing
humiliating
how now brown cow ... speak
named ... must be unique
imagination
generalization
easy, perspective
yours or mine, fictive!
that stretch, what is there,
images ... despair
strays loss memory
rare remembering
instantaneous
matter strenuous
reason of drainage
mayhaps some carnage
yes answers reason
purpose--intention
... a dreamer affects
... or schemer effects
telltale prophecy
image precisely.

Creations of the almighty are inexplicable,
The Bee Hummingbird to the blue whale or the elephant,
Each creature has a unique form and shape; admissible!
Whether they're the same in stamina is irrelevant...!
Umbrellas-like in multicolor; no handle to hold,
Jellies of strings and ribbons interior-decorate;
Though flexible as though frail creatures, they are truly bold,
Water-color-like, they camouflage and consume the bait...!
Their swimming is like ballet dance in colored costumes,
With poisonous spray how ghastly they paralyze their prey!
Midst sea horses and other animals are their great glooms,
Mystically and miraculously they thrive each day...!
Like lonely stars of the sky are jellyfish in the sea,
Midst changing and churning waters, they are merrily free...!!!

When I was a kid, snow-ballin’ was a sport
We had a snow-ballin’ field at school
If you didn’t want to be hit, you stayed away,
That was the principal’s golden rule!
He knew kids liked to throw snowballs
And, frequently someone would get hurt,
So, he established strict boundaries --
Violate the rules; the response was curt.
If one ventured onto the designated field
And got snow-balled, even badly hurt,
No excuses were admissible, rules were clear
No matter how many tears you’d spurt.
Now, such a field would be a liability
Schools would face a plethora of lawsuits
So, a venue for fun was carefully removed
Kids were forced into less litigious pursuits.

A world caught up in being digital
And far too political
Full of all these imbeciles
Certain problems beyond clinical
Not so easily fixable
It's typical
To relate it toward something biblical
Need proof for the truth otherwise it's fictional
Therefore admissible
Far too miserable
People doing things that are pitiful
Humans still being inhospitable
Doing something unforgivable
Over reasons that are pathetic and inexplicable
At times it paid off to stand out or remain invisible
Did the most or my output was minimal
Used it for reasons that were or were not medicinal
As an individual
They've been so quick to treat me like a criminal
Still won even when the odds were formidable
Because I knew it's always been far from predictable
Others have always been doing things that are despicable
Leaving folks in conditions that are critical
Acting like they're invincible
Yet they'll never understand the subliminal
Since they've been cynical
I'll win the war in ways that are not clearly visible

The sanctimonious tabernacle; where the desolated tongues confess.
The covetous, unwed beds are hungry, exuberant anatomies get undressed.
The biased courthouse; where many admissible lies rattle but hardly unfold.
The lewd jail cells are full, innocent bodies, minds, and souls loathly probed.
