What to Submit?
What do we have in common? Perhaps you have known me on PS for a while, or you can look into my poetry eyes (I mean my poems). The poem need not include me (I’m
not looking for that). A variety to showcase on this sight. If they are all the same it would be disappointing so don’t go for obvious. Look into the mirror of my eyes and find a little of yourself. Perhaps a trinket within a poem or a similar style. No need to
make comparisons to me! An example might be your love of art. Find your niche and
write a great one!
Rules:
1. RHYMES
2. Title must begin with COMMON (in caps) examples (COMMON Fishsticks, COMMON Piers of France) The title does NOT need to reflect what we have in common.
3. At bottom write today’s date (must be a new poem). NO NAMES!
4. Also at bottom write a keyword(s). Examples: art, toenails, etc..
5. Remember this poem need NOT include me. Thanks!!
6. Prizes - Glory
7. NO need to put my name or name of contest at bottom. Please DON’T!
8. HAVE FUN!!!

Preparing Your Entry
Submit one copy of your poem online. Format your poem. Please make your entry easy to read — no illustrations or fancy fonts.
English Language
Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.
A Note to Poetry Contestants
You are welcome to enter this contest, whether or not you won a prize in one of my previous contests.
