Common Bugs

We Write of Bugs! As poets, we can write of many things - romance and true love, just to name a few. We even write about the pretty wings of butterflies and seas of cobalt blue. We see a mantis, and symbolically, we use it to inspire us, or we might be outside in summer and chance to see a bug that lights the night, and so we write! We’ll write about that lightening bug because it’s what we do! Be it ladybug cute or pesky like a fly with minor flaws, we’ll write of it, and that is absolute! We can be serious, but also fun! We write because ourselves we love to please, and once we start, we write until we're done, for we are as industrious as bees! May 8,2018 for Kim Rodrigues' WHAT DO WE HAVE IN COMMON Contest Topic words in common: butterflies, mantis, lightening bug, ladybug, pesky (bugs) & bees
