What to Submit?

1 original, poem on the theme of ...We see what we want to see..........
ONLY rhymes are acceptable. I'm really not much on judging poems written by others but I think it will be fun to try, again. I would like for you to write about something seen through a poets eyes. If you need an example you can read my poem, "The Magic Fountain" that particular poem was written about your everyday run of the mill fountain, seen through a poets eyes. It can be about behavior you have observed, some particular event or action, something in nature etc... If you have trouble go to the park, go to the mall observe people and your surroundings. Be perceptive.  Impress me! Please no more than 20 lines and no less than 12. I wish they could all be winners but this is a semi-contest so let's be realistic. I encourage EVERYONE to give this a shot.  NO NAMES and please date your poem.

I read lots of poems so please put We see what we want to see as your title. You can always rename it after the contest. If you do not follow these simple rules, you ain't gonna place! Thank you.
