What to Submit?
1 NEW poem on 1 simile of your choosing. A simile is a figure of speech involving the comparison of one thing with another thing of a different kind, used to make a description more emphatic or vivid (e.g., as brave as a lion, crazy like a fox ).
Any form is acceptable.
Your title will be the simile you've chosen to write a poem about.
10 lines minimum to 25 lines maximum
Date your poem from July 26, 2022, or thereafter.
No names.
Sponsor, contest name, quote, audio, video, photo -- your choice show/no show, the latter three aren't accessible by me during the contest until it's judged.

Preparing Your Entry
Submit one copy of your poem online. Format your poem. Please make your entry easy to read — no illustrations or fancy fonts.
English Language
Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.
