Contest Description

What to Submit?

1 original, poem on the theme of .............Seven Things you would save if your house was on fire.

Scenario: You have just enough time to get seven things out. You are the only one home, so you do not need to save any other people. Your pets are at the neighbor's house, so you do not have to save them either.

Tip:  This has to be a poem about the seven things you would grab if you knew that you had sixteen minutes to grab only seven things.

This poem might come in handy some day, but I hope not. I do not wish a fire or flood on anyone. We have had a flood. It is not pretty. Many cherished things and items that have a lot of memories attached to them get lost or quickly ruined.

Any form is acceptable.
