Problems with Captcha

Hi,

I am having a problem entering my Captcha code on SoupMail. Upper case letters revert to lower case and Captcha is rejected. This only happens on SoupMail. I can post comments on poems without a problem. Unfortunately this means I cannot even Mail the Soup Team, (hopefully they are reading this). This happens on two different computers and an Android Tablet with different software.

Has any body else esperienced this or does any body have a solution. All ideas will be gratefully recieved.

This happens to me once in a while if I make a mistake on my first attempt. Hit the browser back button and go back to the original Captcha screen. Hit your browser refresh button. Try again. It works for me.

Barry, I am not having any trouble with the email captcha and I can use upper or lower case letters it makes no difference, hope you get this resolved ~

Thanks B.W. Lower case does seem to work. I thought the Captcha had to be typed as presented. Many Thanks, Barry.

It's frustrating, Jan. I have checked my settings and everything else works. I type the letters in upper case and they revert to lower case on the screen. I have never seen anything like it before! Thanks for the comment. Barry.
