Becca Teagan

I liked all the poets you mentioned here and also others who have gone. I guess they have other interests, or they find it hard to build a readership here with time constraints, or they encounter some personal conflict here that sends them away.

Barry I heard from Becca about a year ago. I asked her to come back in one of her last poems and she wrote me back asking me how I was and so on but did not mention on coming back. I like you, and many others here that knew her and appreciated her kindness miss her. Through out the years I have been saddened to see wonderful writers come and go. You get attached to them like a special friend, and then they are gone. I feel your loss and pain in not seeing Becca's writing. We can only hope she comes back someday. It is a bit strange though for her to take everything down. From reading her many Poems she was writing about lost love a lot and I wonder is she was going through a tough period...

Barry, I was saddened to learn that Becca's poems are no longer here, for I admired them greatly. She will be missed, and like Brandy said, I hope she is okay ~ John

I didn't know Becca removed her poems. I hope she's okay. I miss her and her lovely poetry. ~ Brandy

It's too bad she left. It happens sometimes. I really loved Chris' poems. He was a guy from Canada. I could never pronounce his last name but it started with A. Also a lady named Monterrey S. She wrote a very good novel and then took down all her poems. A shame because she was an amazing free verse writer.
