Fake e_mail

I have just received an e_mail, headed PoetrySoup, saying that I have an urgent Soup Mail. When I looked there was nothing new in my In Box. Fortunately I only open unexpected links from the web site, not from my e_mail. Has anybody else received one of these?

I too received an urgent email to visit my soup mail. It was repeated when I had not opened it immediately. It was also regarding a financial venture. When I returned to it a second time, it was gone. PS reported is as SPAM.

I had the urgent one and then a follow up the next day.I alerted soup admin and know of several others who did the same:-) hugs Jan xx

Yes. I received an urgent Soup Mail this morning and when I opened it it was a scam, so I deleted it. Hopefully admin deleted the email from all recipients by the time you looked for it. Not the first time. Won't be the last.
