Pride Goes Before a Fall

You'll recognize the title as a line from the Bible, I am sure. Well, I had a fall yesterday, but I don't know if I was full of pride or not. LOL.. Nothing broken but every joint that I have problems with is in increased pain. So, remember me in a prayer. I am posting this blog to say thank you to those who wrote a nice poem for me for my contest, Longevity. I have finalized the judging and will be commenting on your poem personally over the next few days as I can only sit at my computer for more than a short period of time before giving out. I am so thankful that I did not break any bones and only have two areas with skin tears which should heal fairly soon without a problem. There are several areas of bruises since I bruise easily.

Oh, Sara K, I'm sorry to hear about your fall and can empathize with your pain. I, too, now bruise easily. So when I fall or accidentally hit something, I hurt and the area turns purple. Bless your heart. Am holding you in my thoughts and prayers, Sara B.
