Hi All

I have just created a new competition (its been a while I know) called Holding Out for A Hero which I hope you will take part in.

We all have hero's - there have been a few in my life and I would love to hear about yours and why they are - make it funny, sad, heartfelt - I am looking forward to hearing all about them.
