When a bee flies around the flowery garden;
When zephyr from the sea breezes over;
And when sunbeams slowly rising;
Oh I sense that love is coming.
When tiger and lioness yearningly play in the woodland;
When caged love birds so sweetly sing together;
And when from Asotea I see your mystic smile;
Gee! I feel love is getting nearer.
When from above God stared at His Adam;
And look upon his need of companion;
‘Till He let him sleep and break his rib;
Then yes! I surely believe that love is here;
For out of it He created Eve.

Long for solitude.
And still, whose access
Lengthy coastline's of sheoke
That voice, will, back through
Yearningly sombrous, the more
Be listened in for.
Long for solitude;
Cliff top's wave-crasher.
Still, which entrancing peace
No castaways rue
Broke, when on a tide, inland
Seen, with you, to stand.

Women In My Family
Women in my family caused
me to glance a spell and while paused,
preferred my being warmly swathed,
seek cause and effect lasts uncaused.
I had a mom and sisters -- three,
brought cheers and tears, now yearningly,
their laughter echoes oh so sweet,
their smiles made my days all complete,
mom cleans, they played, I play solo,
outhouse chase I, critters go bye,
my turn waits I, was a slow go,
held the flashlight as I stood by,
beauty and taste e'er inherent,
their love and mine, so transparent.

an archway
an archway opens onto a soporific plaza
which pours outwardly in colorful asymmetric
displays that once incited the bones of an organic past
steeped in a rich broth, an ancestral heaving stew,
quietly simmering to a point of boil.
the humble ones, once, alive to the core, move to and fro,
cornered and stultified by conventions, babbling broken mantras,
they attempt to sooth the spirits daunting deadly pricks
the lipstick girls of the labial folds, who exist beyond the pale
of a refracting sun’s light, hover between ghostly spheres
of a lost sacerdotal history;
wet with gloss, they yearningly enchant youthful acolytes,
who, painted in salacious priestly pastels,
patterned up to placate the Ones,
are fully endowed and exuding in virginal carnality,
fall willingly into their own demise, caressed by the
spreading tongs, in the act of sacrificial obligation.
an archway opens out to a thriving and heaving plaza.

The moon seeks to mock me tonight,
Its glow reflecting past times so right.
When love embraced me so tenderly,
When all was never this disorderly.
A time when love was in full blossom,
When my lover leaned against my bosom.
Ohhhh, how I miss him so yearningly,
The touch of his lips on mine so softly.
Love that was with us for but a season,
Ran off love did, left us dry, such treason.
Never again to know his delicate touch,
My desires were stoked, it was indeed such.
I will miss his lips, nibbling on my ear,
Enough reminiscing, for now I feel a tear.

Dear Rosebud:
The morning dew gently caresses you
like the faint whisper of a young child's kiss.
Your limbs yearningly reach for the sun
as if awaiting a long lost lover's embrace.
Only a pair of vacant eyes could fail to see
the wonderful symphony of color waiting to be.
If allowed to come into full bloom uninterrupted,
butterflies will dance liltingly across your awakening splendor
as honey bees sing praises to your blossoms burgeoning bounty.
I can only pray your thorns grow sharp and rugged enough
to defend against the groping hands of life's wickedness.
Only the desires of the most savage hearts would ravage
a still unfolding beauty and extinguish a spectacle yet to be.
Only a vile pair of ears could fail to hear a shattering heart
and the soul deafening screams of a rose picked too soon.
Love dad...

Shining armor clad 'pon a white horse
Eternally strong knight my love, my guide
Reign in, hold, steer my feeble course
Encircle with loving arms, shelter, hide
Now let it be known I'm your pride
Delighted in you, you're love constant source
Intriguing the very thought of you implied
Passionate moments spent no remorse
Incomparable joy, rapture when by your side
Touched, tasted of tranquility yearningly tied

Mama Mable made music mellow with mood
But baby boy Bradley bellowed and booed
So sensitively she started singing sweetly
Yet the youngster yowled yearningly
Poor perplexed papa peered and pleaded
“No nocturnal nuisances are needed,”
He hurried through the house, his hefty frame hobbled
Baby boy Bradley basked blissfully with his bedtime bottle

a bookmark in a chapter
another fairytale
about a damsel in distress
and the knight who couldn't save her
she is trapped high in a tower
surrounded by a moat
her tresses are not long enough
for the knight to use as rope
lovingly she watches
longingly she waits
yearningly she ponders
what will be her fate
hope now quickly leaves her
as the knight initiates retreat
the happily ever after
this time is not to be
