Baby Boy Bradley

Mama Mable made music mellow with mood But baby boy Bradley bellowed and booed So sensitively she started singing sweetly Yet the youngster yowled yearningly Poor perplexed papa peered and pleaded “No nocturnal nuisances are needed,” He hurried through the house, his hefty frame hobbled Baby boy Bradley basked blissfully with his bedtime bottle *For Constance’s Forms of Poetry 101 contest. I enjoyed your experimenting with alliteration, Carolyn. I always have felt it's just a natural poetic device, and as a "from" it is exaggerated. but i had find with my exaggeration I did tonight for Linda's contest! Luv, Andrea

Carolyn, I bet you use alliteration all the time without even realizing it. That's just what poets do!! but this was a really cute application of just really focusing only on alliteration. Congrats on your baby boy!! LUv, Andrea

Hi Carolyn! So well written and lovely story in your alliteration, well done!!! Enjoyed reading it this early afternoon. Yes I really did a long trek but by that I learned more about the area where I had never been before!...Thank you for your kind comments and congrats to your win!...Love, Gert

boy Carolyn, I think you nailed it with this one. Don't even know what I'm going to write. Was going to use a clarihew, but put it in the clarihew contest.
