Love And Teamwork

Love and teamwork
It's still the same in those days
Hand is still in hand
Beauty in the middle of life
Together warms up the teamwork
Oh, the warrior of time.

People Of Innovation Progress

Don't just seat at home waiting to eat
Make use of your brain so your hands
Can find something to work
So make use of your self.

People who are innovative
Are like synchronised
And combined forces
Can surely accomplish plenty.

Heroes of resilient workers
Shoulder to shoulder working
Compassionate driving heart
Teamwork are my country needs today.

Teamwork

Through pure unity
The ants gaining ground towards
Snowballing works.

Siloes In Business - Buzzwords

"Have your siloes become fortresses?"
Anna Sundt

Pictures are Anna Sundt's product; visual art, the occupation
Her job achieves its mission when customers are living well.

Wheat is one product; farming, the occupation.
Its job succeeds when company siloes are full.

Siloes can be a fortress; old siloes merely provided storage.
New siloes destroy team effort during pandemic lockdowns.

  Siloes hinder
communication observation
participation integration
expectation motivation
  accountability

The Chef

100ft. under the paving, 100f o into work.

Heat attacks via, boilers, stoves & grill.

Languages thrash & assail the ears,

Chilling the blood of the faint hearted.

Why do it? Fulfil artists quest?

Unpaid by the guests our two hours of stress,

Hours of prep functions of 100’s demand,

Bins of ‘turned’ spuds, sacks full of veg,

Work for the youngsters learning the trade,

Guided by elders experienced & skilled.

Stay alert for 'the orders'; answer "toute d’suite”

Ever aware of high standard’s demand.

Teamwork smooths edges, as tensions rise,

‘Tools’, armed for battle with soup, fish, or roasts.

Satisfying those titled, indulging & spoilt.

With training & practice, dexterity grows,

With passion helps the designs shine.

The gifts gained last us a lifetime,

For the staff & customers; ‘sometimes’.

The pay-back of skill's greater than pay.

Undertaking

3/8/15

The thunder quaking
While there were structures shaking
And pieces of lumber breaking
During this undertaking
I would leave no others waiting
Down on their luck and stuck, in the gutter while its raining

Are we cursed?
As others in the sea surf
It could really be worse
But value the extreme worth
Of such teamwork
That could lead to a green earth

It's difficult to fathom
So imagine
What could happen
If everyone had more enthusiasm
And compassion
As if it spread like a chain reaction
Would there be satisfactions
In a place with the vastest canyons

So what if I'm seen as reclusive
One can inspire a movement
That pushes for improvement
No matter what, I will prove it
Even when it's hot and humid
And time for consuming extra fluids
You better take a good look at yourself and be honest about what you did

Teamwork

Teamwork could happen.
Challenge to get ahead now.
Expect some to crash.

Where Is the Light - Team Work Contest Poem 2

Poem 2 for the teamwork contest

Where is the light that lived within
Why has the flame of doubt appeared
The trees bend slightly in the wind
Towards darkness now have you veered

Focus on the things dear to you
Where is the light that lived within
Your day will come before it's through,
You that have lived not died with sin.

Deep in your soul you seek therein
The pleasures that should not have been
Where is the light that lived within
Questions of how this came and when

How long have you abandoned life
What have you done where have you been
Will you choose to remain in strife
Where is the light that lived within

Listen To Sounds

Team work it is, it owns everything
You own teamwork too, you do.
Create a jam, a movie, and an image
Do think of it, as something useful
It might create a global common
It might be heard by integration
 Please get the inspiration
It needs you
She needs you
Imagine
Create

Change the habit of today
Mother earth wont fear
What in need of soil crops
Will make us loose more jobs
Nothing bad to fear
Something good for real

Use the knowledge that you’ve got
Something good at least from past
Use the good effects of it
Don’t over think
Don’t Exaggerate
It’s right in front of you
 Do work for love
Not hate.
