Her Pen, Her Voice

Yesterday, her words were stolen,
carried off by a world that would not see.
No ear to listen,
no place her voice could root,
a voice borrowed by shadows.

They took her courage,
the freedom to move unafraid,
to let her voice soar.
She spoke.
The world twisted her words
laughter shattering over her
like shards of glass.

She learned to watch their eyes,
to shield herself from sharpness,
from the ever-turning circle of judgment.
So she poured her truth into her pen…
it alone could carry it.

No hand could seize it;
her pen held her truth,
where reality breathed.
She is imperfect, simply a woman.
Yet she pardons those who hurt her,
and cherishes those who stayed,
however briefly.

Time passed and her pen became her fire
not simply refuge but a clarion call
rising bold unafraid completely hers.
Her words live on, unbound, indestructible…
bright as sunlight breaking glass.

She Herself

She was always careful
Don't be too stupid
But don't think too much
She should find something
Something that makes her heart beat
Maybe makes her think creatively
Just something to shake her a bit
But she has to be herself
And this is the best she can be

A Version of a Woman in Time

Cruelty wears a crown in a cloaked place,
cold-blooded grins behind mirrored faces.
Remorse walks the halls bartering tattle while I fracture.

They crowned me in shame, but
within a queen still rises.
They buried me in a fire of hell,
But like ash-gray smoke, I rise and swell.

I am the silence of the crown,
gone through ups and downs
stumbled in the dark multiple times
but my spirit still my heart and mind.

I am a teacher, a child, a guardian and a shadow behind my past.
But a strong woman who will still rise from the stillness of darkness.

Inside of me multiply like smoke and breathe:
into silence of forgiveness and hope.
Yes, still I rise, a whisper stitched in storm-
a sovereign spirit-fearless and warm.

The tortured self becomes the flame
not burned but lit beyond their shame
like the shimmering star, shining bright afar!
This is me, a version of being a woman in time and forever be!

Your Smile

Your smile is where sunrise sings,
Secrets of soft gold.

Break the night with silent grace,
And sculpt the light on her face.

A heat breeze, such a soft silence,
The world feels young when she smiled.

No poet pen, without the painter's tone,
I could hold the brightness that her lips let go.

And when she smiles, the stars lean closely -
Because even they should stop and hear.

One Amazing Woman

One Amazing Woman

She walks with grace through storm and flame,
A heart of strength, too wild to tame.
With eyes that see through walls and lies,
And kindness deep as midnight skies.

She lifts the weight no one can bear,
And hides her pain with utmost care.
Yet in her laugh, the sun breaks through—
A warmth the coldest days pursue.

Her voice can soothe, her hands can heal,
She loves with fire, bold and real.
No crown she wears, no throne she needs,
She rules through quiet, fearless deeds.

She dreams, she dares, she stands her ground,
Where others fall, she’s glory-bound.
A soul that dances, fierce and free—
She is the woman I strive to be.

One life, one light, one blazing flame—
Forever proud to speak her name.

Premium MemberDescription of the Black Woman

Different luminosities don't characterize her. She's

A force to be reckoned with, Let's count the ways:

Brainy, Brilliant

Loveable, Lover

Adept, Artful

Classy, Competent

Keen, Knowledgeable

Whimsical, Witty

Observant, Out of the World

Magical, Mystic

Artistic, Always

Noble, Nurturable

WOMAN

                  WOMAN

        Woman: Jezabel, Julia, Lucia...
        Woman: clear spring, soft grass
Woman: flora of time, my panther...
Woman: universal fruit, I love you...!

What am I?

I grew from a thought
and yet remain unbound
I’m a bomb to man
from the day he was born,
never was his friend
so, I rob him of his youth
health and hope.
Yet, he says
I heal all wounds
and all wounds are decaying.
I torment him,
take away his family
then fade them away.
Feeling generous, by leaving
him memories of what was.
I govern him by controlling
his every decision,
regrets and losses.
I corrode, decay
and yet I don’t exist,
existing in the minds of man.

Man trade me for currency
and never promising
freedom, only a trip
to the grave.
He always gamble
with his life as
I loop him in karmic cycles,
blindfolding him and
throwing him in a maze,
a maze, he
just completed
now of which
he doesn’t know
and yet I don’t exist,
existing in the minds of man.

Premium MemberThe whispers of light

In twilight, riding the soft winds so slight
Above peaks, about to cradle the stars,
Two avian are flights' whispers of light
Flowing gentle, where the horizon bars
Tracing the lovers; a "V" shape crescent,
Her wingman steadfast, bright and bold his grace,
With feathers aglow, in a hush unbent,
A dance of the heart, in love's warm embrace
Spectating flowers in awe grow below,
Shadows long, they extend to each their wing,
They glide on breezes, where soft rivers flow,
Not fall birds of prey, but the songs of spring
With each graceful turn, they map out the skies,
In harmony's notes, upon sun-lights beams,
A journey unfolds, where their wild hope lies,
Elegant like silk, within looming dreams
In twilight, riding the soft winds so slight
Flowing gentle, where the horizon bars
Trumpets of purity, dressed in all white,
Two swans in flight are the whispers of light

Loved Moon

I met a girl with a name from Skies.
With curly hair and big brown eyes.
From „loved moon” her name derives.
For all day long she simply shines.

She’s warm and light – a butterfly.
Cannot forget her. I have tried.
I might get blind and a bit confused,
She has the appearance of a Muse.

Her beauty’s dangerous like a fire.
She’s a hypnotic man’s desire.
Though, that is sure I will miss
Her juicy, soft, and passionate lips.

Premium MemberPrized past preferential

We found a way to mesh bordering on perfectly sequential
A widening variation of discovery; in a world I thought inconsequential
This investment is based solely on our long-term potential
In culmination of what matters to me; seen within your vast deferential
Maybe there really is something more than amicably existential?
Affection for you is essential,
Leaving nothing inferential,
Focused the quintessential,
Affection rain-like torrential,
Compounding is exponential,
Prized past preferential,
Affection so reverential

WOMAN NATURE

  Woman, your physical beauty
      nourishes my flesh...
      Your spiritual beauty,
      divinizes my soul...!

Echoes of Resilience: A Girl's Journey to Voice

Echoes of Resilience: A Girl's Journey to Voice

In the shadows, I stand, with a voice unheard,
Softness met with silence, my cries deferred.
Love brimming within, yet disregarded, unseen,
A journey marred by echoes, where I've never been.

Raised voices echo louder, in the silence of the night,
A shield against indifference, a beacon of light.
To be heard, I learned, to assert, to fight,
In a world where opinions dim, like stars in the night.

A girl's voice, a whisper in the wind,
Struggling to break free, from the chains pinned.
Challenges abound, struggles unseen,
In a world where being heard, is but a dream.

I long for acceptance, for a world less unkind,
Where my voice is heard, and opinions aligned.
For my mother's sake, I plea with the tide,
Blame not her, for the voice, that battles inside.

In the depths of silence, a girl finds her voice,
A testament to resilience, a relentless choice.
To exist, to be heard, in a world so unkind,
A girl's journey, a melody, of the heart and mind.

SIREN CALL

SIREN CALL

After she opened her door to me
She said she’d sensed me from afar
Was this actually some kind of ESP
Or could she have been an avatar

The eyes said it all, glowing bright
A powerful attraction led me here
Now I can’t let her out of my sight
A willing prisoner, it would appear

This way and that, but ever higher
I am floating like a kite in the wind
She must know my heart is on fire
It’s there where all hope is pinned

Then upon entering I hear her song
And no longer have any power left
Flesh is weak but my heart is strong
But of all willpower I’m now bereft

Now I will readily become your slave
As a man of substance, not a knave
