If you have it share it get everybody in it
If the shoe fits wear it and kick somebody with it
Got a mule in a carrot you know He'll never get it
Every move is apparent you're getting where you're heading You can go where you go try to get in where you fit in
you don't fit in than forget it yo this is my religion
I create my own lane go a million miles a minute
At a speed so great I stut stutter when I said it
Aint a lover or a fighter I'm just mother f****** with it
You can skip it you don't like it I don't mind it not a second
I be taking you to school but you ain't doing nothing with it
No exception to the rule not you or no one in it
I ain't a hater man I'd rather have you live in happy
Cool with whatever floats your boat and keeps the ship from crashing
Go and bend the rules just far enough to keep the from snapping
And if it snaps I'll guess I'll have to just become a vigilante

Some days I just wake up feeling of low self esteem,
I survey the night’s happenings and almost scream.
Other days I feel “dumber than a barrel of hair”,
asking myself this question, Does anyone care?
I’m feeling “as useless as two wagons in a one horse town”.
and, of course it’s the news that has given me my frown.
Sometimes I feel the need of a little morale booster,
but that would be “like putting socks on a rooster”.
I dare not wake Sweetie so I’m “as quiet as a meadow mouse”,
“Because she can start a fight in an empty house”.
I’ll ask what’s for breakfast when I’m craving food,
I can tell by her stare, if “She’s in a horn tossing mood”.
She responds with, “Whatever floats your boat,” smurf,
now I’m left “as confused as a goat on astroTurf”.
After fifty-eight years I’ve grown used to her “naggin”
now, “It’s just about time to put our chairs in the wagon”.
At our advanced age very little induces a laugh,
but my sweetie knows, “if I’ve got a biscuit, she’s got half.”
I'll keep it with the hi and bye
and silly little text message memes
the things you think are cute
but have no value to me
since substance ain't your thing
then I'll continue on my way
wouldn't want to interrupt your petty little day
oh I forgot to say good night
with a little cartoon cat meowing
after drinking some milk
as if you would like that
or like a dog dragging his tail
matter of fact chasing his behind
thinking that is worth the effort
but instead just wasting time
or maybe like the squirrel
That dashes in front of the car
startles everyone but doesn't get hit
I don't know whatever floats your boat
as long as you get it
And in case I didn't make myself clear
I am no longer interested
So meme on bro
Hi and bye is where we're at
so I'll just let this one rest
Whatever Floats Your Boat

Some might think it to be silly
To sit and spend time writing
But is it so much different
Than fishing, driving, or kiting
All have proven to shorten my life
By the amount of time I’ve spent
And toward life’s end I’ll surely
Question where all this time went
The things that I have written
Will endure for all to see
But who will know of my big fish
That wasn’t meant to be
Or the things that perhaps I saw
On a Sunday afternoon drive
As I age it becomes much harder
To keep those memories alive
And the kite that I once flew
That seemed many layers high
I now wonder was it really,
Or just low clouds in the sky
I guess that what I’m saying,
We must each do our own thing
If you don’t fish, kite, or sight see
Perhaps you’ll write or sing.
I used a double sheet of newspaper;
to fashion a toy vessel > a paper barge with a sail.
Excited I took it to the small river;
runs near my home.
I placed it in the water;
much to my delight it floated.
I followed my creation.
As it sailed I couldn't help thinking;
whatever floats your boat.
I laughed at myself > I love my life.
Whatever helps you sleep at night...
Whatever floats your boat...
Whatever makes you win your fight...
Which ever lets you gloat...
What makes these humans cynical?
What grinds in their synapse?
What lets our hearts become so dull?
What makes them, then, collapse?
If only we could be up front
If only we were real
Our pride is such a feckless stunt
It's trivial to feel
Whatever helps you find your hope:
Whatever calls your heart
What's there, at night, when you can't cope?...
...Let that rip you apart...
She floats like a message in a bottle
on a massive ocean of crystal blue waves
towards a horizon she never reaches.

We big spending
Humans
Are way
Too technology
Existent.
Vexed by the simpler,
Early lifestyles of our ancestors;
Remember that there is a cheaper way to do everything.
For instance,
Look
Over
At
The Amish
Sects.
Year after year, they survive
On the ways of nature;
United by their beliefs;
Rare though, they may be.
By living
Only by the simplest methods,
Are they
Thriving, successfully.

Seems that existence is existential
but scattin' folderol's merely elemental
a difference of opinion well to quote
no matter, whatever floats your boat
who knows where Billy Shakespeare fits
with all his "to be or not"
who really thinks about it alot?
i mean the truth is easy to omit
Blue Eyes croons best improvise
New Year's resolutions to re-revise
have always been a tenuous tie
declared intentions, oft run awry
yet it's fitting that we promise fit
and work our workout 'til we quit
and promise to try to get outta debt
something promised every year as yet
so let it lie just as it lies
the year will tick off I'd surmise
we'll come back again to improvise
to have, to be, to do, to deny

actually several forms...
My homicidal ideations marinate in my head
For the uncompromising pleasure of seeing someone dead
Thorough as hell, I am on the clock if being an actor
I would torch a soul for the defamation of my character
I ride drama like a drop of rain until someone freaks with my integrity
Then its all that she wrote for the wraths of my sanity
For the most part Im cool; it whatever floats your boat
But if you push to many buttons I might just slash your throat
