Premium Member The Bittersweet Soulful Journey Beyond Time

The old Grim Reaper, everlasting gate keeper
Lies waiting like a cannibal ‘round the bend,
For every kind of soul turning this life frigid cold
On the other side of memories, family and friends.

While praying to our gods and hoping against all odds
To feel, touch and smell the scent of rose,
Beyond this life full of wrong and right
Until the cock begins to crow.

While withering away, day by deciduous day
In the glory and beauty of it all,
‘Till ending in wonder of our dreams, triumphs and blunders
New babies cry, birds fly, and tides rise and fall.

Inescapable to the end, dire enemy or best friend
Now seeking for the solace of Divine,
Love, strength and grace to help us dance and face
The bittersweet soulful journey beyond time.

Trials Into Triumphs

Often in this turbulent world
Harsh trials seem to dominate
Instead of love and compassion
There is often bitterness and hate

Disappointments bring us to our knees
When we try to do that which is right
Then we cry out to God, - - "Why"
Have I failed to walk in the light ?

But when we consider experiences
Of great Bible characters of yesteryear
It was when they were faced with trials
That God delivered them from their fear

Consider Abraham and his son
Consider Jonah's plight at sea
Consider Daniel in the lions den
Consider that Paul in jail, was set free

Triumph, usually is the product
Of adverse and unwelcome trials
That God "uses", painful circumstances
To buoy us "through", treacherous miles

So, - may He help us, to not grow weary
When these conditions come our way
Trials can be turned into triumphs
Victory awaits, - at end of day !

Premium Member Fury's Light

A lamb with eyes of trusting blue,
Approaches charm, a smile untrue.
The puppeteer, with practiced art,
Hides strings of deceit within his heart.

The web is spun, a masterpiece,
Of whispered lies that bring no peace.
Justice, blindfolded, turns her head,
As scales of truth to darkness tread.

Blood boils within, a righteous fire,
To see pure trust consumed by liar's pyre.
Fury's tide, a churning sea,
For innocence betrayed, eternally.

But keen eyes pierce the shifting guise,
Of chameleon's mask, a web of lies.
With clarity, the truth takes hold,
The twisted vine, its grip unfolds.

The heart may ache, the spirit smart,
Yet from the ashes rises a valiant heart.
To break the strings, expose the game,
And let the light of truth proclaim.

For in this battle, fierce and bold,
Precision's blade cuts through the cold.
No longer victims in the night,
We rise, the champions of what is right.

I believe good triumphs
O’er evil given time
With justice being king,
I have enormous faith
Fairness is everything.

I believe good triumphs,
It’s so necessary
A moral system works,
True values are honored
With occasional quirks.

I believe good triumphs
While Karma sees to it,
We all must do our part
Living with principles,
Our home’s the place to start.

Premium Member When Dreamers Dream of Triumphs

When dreamers start to dream,
They dream of space ships
Traveling through the HEAVENS.
They dream of DISTANT lands
And DIFFERENT plains.

When dreamers have nothing to
Dream of, they cling to hope within
minimal success they COPE
GRIPPING nonsense by its THROAT.

And find STELLAR dreams in the
Belly of nonsense and come into
Winning against DESPERATION
They ASCEND and give thanks
To the scapes and their good

Fates and FAITHES
Which HEALED those who had
WRETCHED dreams of
NOTHINGNESS and hopes

Of moving toward GREAT CONQUESTS
If you dream at all, remember this,
That no dream is never to small.
It can be called INDELIBLE CONCEPTION
and SMALL DREAMS can set the

Stage for DYNAMIC CALCULATIONS and
Become BIG dreams and outstanding
 even GLISTENING and GRAND.
Then be revered as BEST OF
THE BEST on that plain.

What was once nonsense is more,
A MASTER PLAN PRESENTLY growing
Fame From its BREATH OF FLAMES no
Longer a hope but now....
Living and THRIVING IN the glow of
TRIUMPH.

BLESSINGS BE TO THOSE BORN
OF STRUGGLE, and HOPE with TEARS OF
TRIUMPH.

Love Triumphs

Against odds however great
Love will always triumph.
Falsely some attribute this
To the conquest of the flesh.
Yet it is never that
But is rather the supremacy of the spirit.
Far above the flesh does it soar
Freeing man from all woes of the earth.
For love has no boundaries
Nor has it limits
Nor does it wallow in the daily tedium.
It is like the welcoming tulips of the spring
Leaping through the vestiges of winter
Impatient to welcome the start of warmth.
For it is one's spirit that is real.
Love will illuminate a path to the very soul
For against odds however great
Love will always triumph.

Nothing remains to kindle my desire
The sparks of love are nowhere to be found
The fire's warmth has been replaced by a chill
And a feeling of sadness burns through my soul
The embers of love are scattered across the ground
Becoming the ashes of what used to be

No chance left to rekindle the fire
That once blazed between us
The fiery sunset paints the sky with orange hues
The once glorious blaze now just a flicker on the sea
Like our love it slowly fades away
Its dying flame brings a flood of tears

But the flame of love will one day blaze anew, like the phoenix
It will rise to light the dawn of a love that's true

Love Triumphs

Baby the beauty that you came
To own puts those glistening stars to shame
The way that smile lights my spark
And the way those eyes twinkle in the dark
I love hearing the sound of your laughter
When I see you my heart beats faster
When I'm with you I wish time would freeze
And lost in that moment we'd always be
The pain when I'm not with you is cruel
But I'd bear all the pain in the world, Because I love you
