Tameless

The silent thoughts
Filling my mind
Boggling with inner turmoils
Letting go is nothing new
For negativity seems to boil
Seems to lerk around
Like bats in the night sky
Only the inner sound
To make them fly
To make them come out of hiding
And stray from the lighting
To be stuck in darkness
Not questioning their likeness
But differences are a broad
Like a lost ship
Sailing in the fog
To flow gently is but a dream
Like a steady current out at sea
Something that will hold
And forever carry me
Not allowing me to just drift
But lift me up
As I lift them
Here we go once again
So until then I'll do the same
Look for positivity
For I'll never be tame!!!!

Gentle Horizon

For some, things in heaven more real,
nothing from earth granted to conceal.
Comrade of the wandering heaven,
scares characters and their impression.
Desires of someone that must be,
compensations tragic here not to see.
Misty morning by prayers waken,
visions of solution gently taken.
Earth circumferential constellation,
Aries rising and fire energies relation.
The spirit tameless, swift and proud,
to the egos will all needs to be bowed.
Spirit fierce and impetuous,
the adrenalin that’s called dangerous.
Will take form from deepest tone,
releasing energies thereon.
Day moon in serene grace disposition,
gentle natures clock submission.
Lack of patience takes virtue to pieces,
giving destiny no real releases.

Some Paradise Where Horses Go

"Somewhere, somewhere in time's own space
There must be some sweet pastured place
Where creeks sing on and tall trees grow
Some paradise where horses go"
     ~~by Stanley Harrison

Where linger they midst verdant green,
Brung more to this a simple scene,
Placate the calm as horses still,
A light breeze whisk a daffodil,

They frolic and roam when they need,
Rivers and greenfield be their meed,
Tameless breed in their happy realm,
Where their faithful kind steer their helm,

Grazing the countries hills and vales,
An opened book for living tales,
In posing splendor statuesque,
Trail thoughts endeavor picturesque,

Calls of horses in nature pause,
Within its wake of emptied stalls,
Romp free and wild in blithe courses,
A paradise for all horses.

Sunshine glistens in your dark raven hair
It causes your devotees to stop and stare
I think that you are oblivious and unaware
Your label should say please handle with care

You are a rare creature I must declare
Why can't you be tamed? Must I beware?
I want to touch and ride you across the Delaware
But I’m terrified of your penetrating glare

Sometimes I Call Myself

Sometimes I call myself shipwreck,
Suddenly static, stagnant,
Somehow less than a person, a fragment
And everything moves in slow motion.

Sometimes I call myself abandoned building,
Viciously vacant, vapid
My mind is cloudy, heartbeat rapid,
And it all gets too quiet.

Sometimes I call myself time bomb,
Terrifyingly tameless, thinning,
My hands are trembling, my world is spinning,
And I am growing afraid of my own mind.

Sometimes I call myself human,
Halfway happy, healing,
My heart is sealing, true identity revealing,
And I have learned to call myself....better.

Hers

This Heart is like a Lion
Punished through the years but still tameless
facing the world and the consequences
Scarred but still beating unwinking
and even mended, refuses to surrender

This Heart is like a lion
And for a while, frozen, kept silence
As if waiting for this moment
Relentless, supported the action of the elements with courage
Witnessed the dance of the seasons with faith

And Then...

A street corner near the beach
A table on the sidewalk
A strange Coffee Shop
Innocent exchanges of words
A pool table
A tiny museum
A unknown bookstore

Wake up, brave lion

Because you are no longer mine

You are hers

Premium MemberLost My Freedom

All around me, only darkness
How can I get out of this mess
That which I got into in my consciousness
That which had rendered me tameless

It feels like am drowning
Water, water around me, surrounding
Can’t breathe, can’t talk, its stuffing
I can’t even resort to running or flying

No one can even hear me shouting
Even though my mouth is open and yelling
Out loud, wails of danger and distress
Where is my savior, coming at the help of his Mistress?

Shall I ever see light at the end of the tunnel?
Shall I ever be the carefree damsel?
The one so happy in the comforting security
Of her very own liberty

The Poeteer

Fondle the philosophers
Or scholars and thinkers alike
“-Ologies” or “-tists” do not facts of science make

A place must needs be
Where emotions may eclipse
To experience adventures of love
Delve into fantasy and escape

Then, might I suggest to be led away...
By thrill of poeteer
And his penned verse escapades

Swashbuckling gay through history's pages
Living on life's raw edge commotion
Into passions inner darkness
When heartbreak questions every sense

And his essences lingers on
Amidst, what some shall dub
The wild and tameless hearts
But, this where beheld and captive
Are those ageless forever notions

From simple existence
Where sonnets were birthed
Upon ancient stone walls and tablets
To scrolls and books
Come alive the words we so now cherish

Earth of Fire Blowing Waves

Inside me there is the blowing of the wind
and fire that blowed in a war's strange dyne.
The infertil ground of the earth in my hands I hold
To tameless waves I pray still bending on my mold.

Inside me lay each component that in the past I stole
Apparitions are secretely feeding my mind and my soul
When fire is wavely holed, the smoke will encloud.
When water falls, you'll see the flowers on the ground.

A journey far away I made but no land could cease me.
My ship was burned by the sun while the wind was fizzing.
My mast is now broken by the wildest tempest.
The quintessence of the world is leaving us in earnest.

Deepest Fears

Deepest fears
River flooded deep in tears
feelings of regret won't disappear
Deepest fears
Watch them as they come right through
I can't dodge the feeling of losing you
Deepest fears
Dark clouds filled with strain
Walking through rain of struggle and pain
Deepest fears
Burning like a great abyss
My mind still sits on that tameless kiss
Deepest fears
No longer deep inside
Deeply I can't even see or try
Deepest fears
Love it when you're creeping near
Take away the tears so they'll disappear
Deepest fears...

Contrive

She will linger resolute
deviant in all her mannerisms...

She will scale her own character...
through the self portals of thought...

She will instigate the manifest
of the world real-

...claim a love deserved without
shame nor interpret guilt...

To thrive in all laughter and all
true sorrow...

She will hail in the morning...
before you entrench your tomorrow...

beneath a once dormant scenario-
an invisible cure...

Her life with tameless siege...
all promises she will endure...
