How do I say everything I wish to say
When I back so far away
Easier to text Easier to be alone
Lack luster life
Every day a battle to see through all the voices
The screams the sudden darkness
On the tip of my tongue can't seem to make sense of it all
On paper so much confidence so much charisma
A pen and paper I can say it all
Can take it to the limit Speak with so much clarity
But in your presence a fog of shaded distorted what ifs
So scared to show you what is inside
What your beauty does for me
How you reach out to me without judgement
How a peace over takes me with just a thought of you
It's tormented realization that I have so much fear
That these scars have determined my journey
And still steer my direction
It's the thoughts when I am alone that free the demons of my existence.
The silent killer the useless lies I play over and over
It's wondering if this is as good as it gets
Is this my destiny solitary confinement for what this life has become for me by my undoing.
Do you hear me now
It's too nice a day
I'm outside your window
I want to play.
Let's go to the arch
And dive off the side
Where the dragonflies march
And the water gets wide
We'll skip stones and compete

yes i admit it
that yes i'm an addict
give me something to cling to
and i'll take it to the limit
no i'm not proud
of some of what i've done
hard some days to keep the count
but definitely more than once
and now my latest addiction
seems to be poetry
some have even mentioned
that's not a bad place to be
are they too in denial
are they themselves too far gone
not knowing all the while
they're also playing to its song
with anything once you lose control
and it has control of you
the deeper you dig the hole
the more you tend to lose
to me it's a constant battle

Born of Two
Positive and negative energies were made to make things new
From door stops to whistles to how a frog jumps and what colours it is too
An existence is a culmination of all these experiences and how you interpret the energy in you
Take it to the limit of what is possible and maybe you’ll see yourself shining through
A bright sunny day walking in the garden of our country selectively thinking is that a positive energy or whatever the conclusion of shade it is from bright green to sky blue
Elaborate connotations of facts run so fast like a herd of wildebeest just while you are tying your shoe
Is this my life or is it nature deciding what it wants to show considerately in hue
I have a feeling that whatever I know now is all that is positive and negative but how do we choose
There are minds of genius still working on that single idea of what is true consciousness and what is nature constantly feeding culturing from what has been before as we find a clue
The answers of the world are out there swimming in the sea or under the earth but one thing I do know is we shall only gain what we lose because we are born of two.

we met on a train and did converse
the things you whispered in my ear
were meant for no one else to hear
you kissed me, I kissed you back
that's when the train went off the track
all has changed for you and me
that is what I'm led to believe
we play the game without the hurt
forget the others as we flirt
and we love without the rules
forget the others that we fool
there is only you and I
and the limit is the sky
I will take it to the limit
for this love with you and I in it
Take it to the limit and speak your mind
Find a moment to spare and a nitch in time
So you can relax and think for a minuet
So you can live life to its fullest and drive it like a spigget
Show them who you really are and what you stand for
Raise our voise and let yourself be heard
Show everyone you can spread the word
If you fail to spread the word there's something else you must do
try a little bit harder and it'll eventually happen
Probabally not today or tomorrow but sometime in the future
Your word will be spoken from generation to generation
