I will take a little walk
or a long walk,
God guides my fate
my footsteps – His
Christ, the light upon
my path, though
darkness on earth
yet reigneth.
He shows
me my way, the power
of His Divine Presence
shielding me –
the volume of His
Love will keep me
resolute, though the
liar is ever-present,
in the air, in the breeze
in my ear –
Though the Liar whispereth
I will hearken to but one voice –
that of my beloved Father,
my lord, His Son
our Benevolent Brother –
As a thoroughbred,
may my path be linear,
truth my blinkers and bit –
as a hawk of righteousness
may I dive toward evil
only to grasp, swoop-up
and deliver back into Higher
effulgence to be transformed, thus
purified, reunited with
Heaven – made Whole,
Holy and Perfect.
As it is in the sacred
Here-after, may it be in the
evolving here-present – where there
be separation, may we now
all unite in one loving, sublime
theme and purpose: Heaven and Earth
realized One!

Pencil is bitten, tooth marks marring, but the paper is still empty. The clock shows quarter to one, I need to leave at three, what to write, what to say. He was a friend, but not close, I never really knew him, and his death came as a shock. What to say, what to say? Clock shows quarter after. Pressure is on. Quickly, think of something. Why me, why must I? Too late to pick someone else, must say the right thing to comfort the horrified family. But in shock, brain gone awry, is not the best condition, and the clock shows quarter to three. Swoop up notes, empty speech, run to the cemetery.
In shock, they stand there
Wearing black, with blank faces
Suicide unseen

As the weather softly turns
Beckoning in the Equinox
Clusters of colourful bulbs
Dance and sway in the breeze
Eagles swoop up on thermals
Flying high until they are specks
Golden feathers gleaming amid
Heather glowing white on the hills
Indigo skies with puffy clouds
Jutting into various shapes
Kale drift by lazily snapping flies
Luscious grasses adorn the meadows
Mushrooms appear nestled under trees
Nightingales sweetly sing in Spring
Osprey dive deep for fish
Plunging in time and again
Quaint old fashioned flowers
Radiant with rainbow colours
Spread rampant in the beds
Tulips dip and bow in greeting
Under the hosta's a dormouse lives
Velvet nose twitching the air
Watching out for birds of prey
Xanado bathed in sunshine highlights
Yellow buttercups which coat the ground as
Zenith of Spring soon now will fade away.

we don't care if we miss the season premier
we are too busy giving in to giving in
the breeze in the darkness illuminates the equality
we are heroes to each others' sanity, and we maintain by letting go and being ourselves
i am the proud gun that you want to shoot all over you
you are the satisfied sensation that i want to shine a spotlight on
together we create a sound like a rimshot catching the spirit at its most holy
the season premier we can catch next week anyway
this moment in time we may never again recapture in the same way
after all the rewrites, the proofreading, the editing, and the reediting,
we take the almighty plunge and where we land is where we are at our most relaxed state
we take it all in and simply allow ourselves to just be free
no matter the level of desire to swoop up the remote control,
the deeper the depths, we say in our own silent way, to hell with tv

staring at this moment
into the clear sky
at the stars i gaze
admiring their marveling blaze
I wish i could fly breaking these restrains
reaching heights taring these chains
into freedom deep i would dive
like a phoenix in the wind
wings spread far wide
cloacking the past behind
from ashes i would rise
towards the cosmos high
one two three, four and five
around the world i shall try
over the mountain
across the ocean
swoop up and down in motion
like a fire breathing golden dragon
i would venture in a dungeon
dare an adventure none can mention
