The Colorful World of God's Creation

O God, what can I say about your Creation?
I'm mesmerized and dazzled on nature's beauty,
As I know, everything comes on You, as You are the Most High God.
From the blue skies, mountains, seas, animals and mankind
Is all You created in Your image
Like a melody and key to Your Path,
And my love is supplicated to You only.
O Loving and Merciful God, You truly know the secrets of my heart
As You are the Guiding One,
And I turn to You in good and bad times.
When I pray facing You everyday,
Accept my thanksgiving and strengthen me
Help me wash my sins away,
And I will answer Your call until the end of time.

Gulch of Decay

Dead man laying in a gulch,

head dangling in a stream

eyes wide open as if a traversing dream,

supplicated look of a muted scream

in concordance with a deep jagged ravine,

vultures looking to eviscerate his soul

he never managed to transcend his goals,

parched by a radiant searing heat

all around is nothing except scarcity,

and as the vultures cry overhead

eagerly seeking to feast on carrion flesh.

The old worn dusty trousers tattered and torn,

a ripped up shirt sweat stained ruffles in the breeze

old leather pig skin boots hanging off the feet

this supine body now just resembles meat

to the creatures that inhabit here

unknown carcass to which causes no tears

died on his own everybody's worse fear.

Petition

Dear God,

You know my thoughts before I think them, you know my needs before I need them, and you know if my heart prays from a state of purity. I have approached the throne boldly and with confidence, I have beseeched, I have supplicated, I have begged, and I have brought my orison to you that you might give unto me what I ask. I have tilled the ground where hope springs eternal and I have nurtured my sapling with blood, sweat, tears, milk, honey, and both lamentations and panegyrics. So I offer my entreaty again to bless me with what I ask. Thank you in advance.

                                                                  Yours Truly,
                                                                  Human # 61,968,494,703 (Trey)

Her pain was unbearable*
Desperation overwhelmed her being
She amassed as much courage as she could and
Fervently prayed

She supplicated the divine for strength for to
Heal her wounds that were afflicted upon her heart
By
The insensitivity of a man just before Valentine's,
Incessantly she prayed love in life to find for not
Her heart, perpetually, suffer

Her prayers, incense of virtuous thoughts, ascended
The heavens,
Became celestial dew that turned into tears of
Supplication,
God witnessed her drama and the sincerity of her plea
Thus
An angel downwards at once He sent the torch of hope
In her heart to rekindle
Thus
Consolation in the arms of awaiting love, her to find!

A Porcelain God We All Worship At Least Once In Our Lives

We all have a need to worship where we will
All sorts of gods we take comfort from still
But we all tend to worship the same god at least once in our life
And we swear he’s our saviour through out all our strife.

We pour out our innermost parts to this God
Technicolor sacrifices, our heads bow and nod
Arms outstretched and grasping this god of porcelain
Supplicated our selves with so little to gain.

"Oh God" we hear the cry of worshippers in anguish
Praying for their bed so that they can languish
Coloured sacrifices from deep within repeated often
Cradling this god whose heart does not soften.

The wide open mouth sitting with his back against a wall
Sometimes we sit on - we like to share our all.
But then when we yawn that great coloured yawn
Into the chasm praying for death, or praying for dawn.

We knew we should never have eaten so well
Our eyes were too big, our belly did swell
And so to the porcelain God in this room
We pray on our knees while fearing our doom.

He takes all of our sins and flushes them away
Leaving another day where we promise - no way.
