When things grace us,
Our faith and resilience soar.
We feel stronger and worry about nothing.
When hit by ill-luck,
Our actions shrink up.
We trudge with faintness and falter.
Things may take divergent paths.
Receive them with the same verve.
Stand sturdily and accept.

In the realm of dreams and gaiety
A rose blooms in my heart, glamour strikes with vivacity
My stretched hand reaches to fondly pet the palm
But like wind, the goddess ghostly evanesces with a calm
Dotingly I endeavor to serenade the enchantress.
Off the warbling lute the soft ditties sing
From the changing tune, the pitch to the ears sting
Yet with a sparkling giggle your spook infatuate
With fortitude, realms I’ll cross to graduate
The school of endurance you command with shrewdness
With agility I fly, but you’re too fast to reach
Roaring water crushes at the beach
Sand so calm I hanker to hold
The setting shining sun glares, with a frail I behold
Because am in love with the wind
Slacken my love! Off my feet you sweep with desire
My heart you take; sturdily I admire
Like a magnet, your enigma besots with charm
And the goal to get I’ll praise with a psalm
For I loathe to crush on the wind
The world will mock, but the love will shush the chatter
A future so bright they’ll hail the latter
And applaud our allure’s perpetuity
With fantasy our posterity shall sing of a deity
For all is possible, even love with the wind!

I, jam maker in factory,
must make jam all day long.
I fill up jars sturdily, I do.
My name is Jan, yes Jan Annette -
a mere jam maker to you.

She sleeps like a bear
in her deeply sonorous dreams.
She is not dainty,
she’s too sturdily anchored
into an earthy nature.
Her name Cynthia.
When Cynthia sleeps,
she plays with the small skulls
of squirrels, and mice,
while avidly reading
her teen magazines.

Dies Irae, Dies Illa:
Day of wrath and day of doom.
So begins the chorus
Of Verdi’s Requiem Mass.
Taut vibrations of the violins
As drums roll in a crescendo of sadness.
It had to be so unfortunately,
For we must all eventually die.
A tear falls down my craggy cheek,
I still remember the sadness of her demise.
Despite that she was riddled with disease.
Such is the finality of this wretched life.
Now Lilian is at peace.
Not I though.
My yearning for her love
Hurts the very essence of my being.
I look at her photo.
So many memories for she was my rudder,
Steering me sturdily through perilous paths
That were straight though narrow.
Five years passed and how I long
To join her in her Heavenly bliss.
God’s infinite mercy is boundless.
Still I learn that life is not in my hands:
All with ups and downs,
I can still picture her laughter, falling,
Dancing, loving, cherishing.
And then her own painful death.
Patiently I wait
Alone,
Until one day
My lovely Lilian and I will be joined again in happiness.

Forests, meadows, and brooks evoke feeling.
They dwell in isolation and therefore live eternally.
It conveys delight to those whose words cannot be reaching.
They aren't dead, but they are all in mortify sturdily.
Is the evolution of green life destined for poor performance?
And return in a floral arrangement that has been rejuvenated.
It's been there for millennia, and it's in the lap of grace.
Erratically comes humming dragonfly white-faced.
the sun and moon will continue to exist in perpetuity
Innocence prevails under the surface when there is a mismatch
It was spring since I first hear the crow's lullaby.
Occasionally, squirrels raid my broccoli patch.
After that, the acute working bees act to work buzzing.
Gardening gives you peace and feeds you from lonesome feeling.

Beaming with radiant triumphant bliss
cheerful flower* greets delightfully
wafting birthday wishes of good health
blended with jasmine scent
accentuated by scarlet velvet ribbon
of blessed journey prayers
gripped by the Lord’s grace and mercy…
Now swaying midst dripping petals, once fresh
plastic sunflower sturdily stands
along my birthday bouquet
displayed upon my vase
reminding me life’s worth:
though short, its God-propped impact
to others steadfastly lingers.

Life only means life
when sorrow is sturdily liberated
from a fearful heart.
Yet the strongest heart valiantly beats
when life frees life
into liberated sadness,
not to fearlessly beat but
befriend sorrow.

Believe that God can do the impossible*
Certainly performing along His Scriptures-the Bible
Constantly powerful and sturdily stable
Ceaselessly proven to show that He’s more than able…
As such, trust Him in fulfilling His will so favorable!
Believe that God can save to the uttermost
Certainly regenerating by His Word thru His blood’s precious cost
Constantly redemptive with the work of the Holy Ghost
Ceaselessly ready to reach out to the sinners at their needy post
As such, yield to Him in bringing the Gospel to the lost!
Believe that God can transform toward perfection
Certainly moving with His Truth of great action
Constantly omnipotent along sovereign eternal action
Ceaselessly mighty to develop Christians midst correction…
As such, submit to Him in striving upon holiness-instruction!
Believe that God can fulfill His promises
Certainly assuring His faithfulness with His Book that blesses
Constantly protective against transgressions’ curses
Ceaselessly strong to fortify upon His truth-braces…
As such, rely on Him in attaining good success!

I am a mighty winner all the times;
My weapon is unique but mighty.
Weak I am, but sturdily bulletproofed.
I will always win, no matter the fight;
Injured, I dress my wound and heal.
Sometimes, I slip, fall but stand and move on.
When it makes very hot, no cold I need.
Cold it is, I need no jersey at all.
I trip over a splinter but no fear to fall.
Even if I die today, I am sure to live;
That is the foundation of a great winner
I win not because I am that mighty.
I will always win because of the prayer
Say and trust it; it will strengthen me.
It quenches fires, moves mountains and dries rivers.

When I wake up early in the morning,
I take a firm decision of not wandering.
The day is stirring a new positive hope,
The new rays are piercing my room’s hole.
The morning sunlight inspires me a lot,
I can look at my daily goals before it’s hot.
To make sure everything moves positive,
For my hands and brains to remain active.
The sun is sturdily burning; I seek a shelter.
Under a huge tree, I can see my huge shadow,
Moving, deaf and dumb; yet it looks another me
Who is active and passive in this burning light.
At the horizon, the sun bids me a friendly farewell
To make the right way toward a confident tomorrow
That will instigate me to shun my today’s sorrow
And keep my hope confident for a new day to wake.
