Stardust smiling and bright beguiling
Rainclouds rebelling and sprinklings surprising
Misty mountains and full fountains
Darkening dreams and sentimental streams
Moonlight mourns and wanly warns
Faded feelings and dreadful dealings
November nights waltz into Winter

Premium Member The Day I Disappeared

The day I disappeared
there were pumpkins on porches
sprinklings of multi-colored maize
cinnamon and nutmeg smells
a whiff of vanilla in the living room
I felt triumphant about the messy sink
where I had spit Crest and rubbed it around

The day I disappeared I became angry
to cover up the sadness
of realizing no one had noticed
I was gone
everyone went through
their daily routine
as it was a usual day for them

Premium Member Valleys In Bloom

in temperate climes of valleys yonder
gazillion lavish blooms and eager buds
burst into spectacular rainbow hues
granting a new lease of life
to dreary seasons gone and past

sunny skies usurp possession
of a crystal heaven’s sweet complexion
sprinklings of glitter dust of gold
adorn untrimmed vines in every shade
bestowing their divine enchantment
to each horizon across the land

one two three
my all time favorite
fancy and bright
pretty to look at

delish on my tongue
sprinklings of sugar
squishy between my teeth
yummy on my lips

spearmint delights
refreshing jujubes
perfect molded leaves
three two one

stardust
midnight sprinklings
across black velvet sky
a warm delightful midnight breeze
slowdancing enraptured in the moonlight
exchanging promises and vows

This night, my sweetheart, is ours to savour
Take a luscious bite of eternity
Leave the world behind in a distant blur
Starry sprinklings endowed felicity
A luscious moon above our balcony
Whispering promises of ecstasy

Rules of seduction by which we abide
Lawless magnetism by own admission
To a temptress breeze our dreams we confide
Succulently guilty of volition
Under a slight veil of superstition
Orchestrated by some sweet magician

What spellbinding enchantment resonates
Just as two hearts solemnly acquiesce
A wave of elixir intoxicates
Fully entranced by the slightest caress
Rendering two mere mortals powerless
In love’s entangled web ageless timeless

Together waltz amidst constellations
Exposing love’s sweetest revelations

Chronophobia

Dust
Grey sprinklings
On those rusted golden gears

*Clink*
*Clink clank*
Symphony of the ageless cogs

Cold
Remorseless
Rise and revolve

Resonating
It resounds
The unrelenting *Tick*

Repeat
Over again
Replay, reiterate

Falling
Unable to escape
Indefinitely down

Imminent
Ever-forward
Some day I'll hit the ground

Onward
It will turn
And I can't keep up

Sprinting
And pursuing
But I can't keep going

RESIST
YOU CANNOT
RELINQUISH CONTROL

All-mighty
All-consuming
Mediator of being

Drowning
Encircled and engulfed
Enfolded by, the obsidian void

SUBDUE
SUCCUMB TO
SURRENDER AND ACCEPT

*Tick*
The oldest you've ever been
*Tick*
The youngest you'll ever be
*Tick*
Do not squander opportunity
*Tick*
Your alarm is set for...

Stars In Maine

Rich dark blanket of night,
Silken wrapper, inducer of sleep,
You sooth the glare of harsh daylight strivings.
Half of the world sinks into rest.

Beyond the soft, tenebrous cloak: infinite brightness.
Into the dense fabric a droll designer deftly fashions
Small snips, eyelets, delicate cuttings,
Wheeling patterns – the geometry of whimsy.

Sprinklings of brilliance,
Sparkling clarity beyond imagining,
Dustings of ancient, newborn glitter,
Stars give a benediction to sleep.

Hope of Dawn

The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you
of wisdom all your own in soft sprinklings of light!
Endless, comes a golden crest of sunrise within you,
a gift sprawled before you wrapped in new day,
crafted to inspire graceful strokes in floating skies,
erased of masks and last night’s moonless memories..

Rain

Rain

Music is like rain: each note
Washes away a care, a worry;
As raindrops wash dust
From a leaf.

Symphonies are storms: a deluge of
Notes engulfs a broken spirit, a
Sweeping flood, washing clean
A new life.

Soft showers are summer sonatas:
Sprinklings of comfort for tired souls,
Warm touches, soothing percussion
For pained minds.

Rain beats ostinato on tin roofs:
Hammering drops a rhythm of passion,
Uplifting, releasing, giving meaning
To the lost.

Rejoice in music, rejoice in rain:
One is nature’s orchestra, the other
Man’s liberation from thought
Made into despair.

Sing softly, play music, enjoy the rain.

Premium Member Living Bliss

If i were
a great god
In giving you
one wish
tell me darling
what would
that wish be
if i were in love
say with you
all that i would wish
forever happiness

In pleasing you
every dream
in that one wish
sprinklings
of happiness
when it came true

If I were “The Big Love”
the granted favor above
the forever kind of joy
you seek, well then?

Tell me sweet darling
would it please you?
this endless love in dew
a Rose that knows of you

If I were a great Messiah
i’d grant you no trivial
Just the tenders of a kiss
Would that bring you bliss?

Desert Oasis a Coachella Valley Trilogy

Oasis at noon

What a wonderous quiet place it is
the heart of a palm oasis
skirted trees stand guard about
keeping dusty heat without
holding shaded cool within

a small breeze sneaks past a frond
dancing in ripples across the pond
am I intruder, am I part
I wander and wonder in my heart.
as I penetrate deeper in.

Oasis at sunset

Guardian against sunset
the ancient palm stands
resting in drifting sands

Beneath whispering fronds
cicadas begin to sing
brown bats take wing

Firey clouds, cooling breeze
evening deepens, night decends
Oasis awakens, day ends

Oasis at Dawn

Darkling shadows intertwine
With the sprinklings of the moon
Every night paints a new design
That smooths across like puddled wine
Evaporating just as soon

With pallette of rainbowed hue
The sun splashes the eastern sky
Painting over the shadow's blue
Which however remains in view
Absorbing the more brilliant dye
