If chaos is responded to with chaos, it will create more Chaos!
Nothing is Impossible. Everything is.
You are part of the universe
And the universe is part of you,
For the universe is infinite,
And therefore, so are you.
For between you and the universe
There is an unbreakable bond,
For you are crafted from stardust,
From the cosmos and beyond.
For you are part of the mountains,
And you are part of the sea,
You are part of the landscape,
And you are part of a tree,
You are where the dolphins sleep,
And you are where the eagles fly,
You live in the core of the planet,
And you live in the open blue sky.
For you are part of the universe
And the universe is part of you,
For the universe is infinite,
And therefore, so are you…
In the spiritual world
we need to be alive to die,
and dead to be alive...
My Spiritual life is complicated
Now euphoric next sedated
dilemas daily duplicated
All my friends alienated
Happy times sometimes elated
Spiritual life is complicated
My spiritual life is tempermental
one day strong the next I tremble
Demonic thoughts in turn assemble
The scars you see are not coincidental
Happy or sad so incidental
Spiritual health is tempermental
My spiritual health is sometimes unstable
Battles able with unable
Joy fleeting but always capable
Traumas come with different lables
Hide... then dance apon a table
Spiritual life is so unstable
My spiritual life is so over crowding
Praising now but sometimes doubting
Morbid days that turn to shouting
Love now Hate now afterward pouting
Silent Prayer confusion allowing
Spiritual life is over crowding
My spiritual life is so consuming
flattering self then accusing
Communicating when not confusing
All insanities time consuming
"Show me how" my life's pursuing
Spiritual heath without it losing
Hopefully this will collborate with Eileen Massaih "My Mental Health"
Death is but the moment of transition from carnal to spiritual life!

We dump waste
To recycle, remade or reuse
But we hide our feelings deep in the heart
Never mean for recycling
Happiness to be appreciated, to be remembered
And sadness to be discarded
Or to be transformed into an experience or a lesson
We keep our knowledge in mind
Never to be polished after retirement
But the world is changing every minute
Some old knowledge have to be
Recycled, improved, reused or discarded
We adopted old habits and beliefs
Without ever dropping them
But old habits and beliefs have to be sieved
Those beneficial and true remain
Recycling will yield experience, new knowledge and truth
Which will indeed lead to a happier life
Where did all the sunny days go?
I feel my Soul tell me it knows
Howbeit I’m constantly chasing shadows
Through bravado and deepening sorrows
Endlessly I hear life's soprano
Though it sounds empty and disturbingly hollow.
My Soul tells me which rainbow to follow
Daily however, I live in this empty burrow
Not listening to you tell me which way to go
For I am lost in the depths of my restless mind
Mine eyes are blind as I push you behind.
This is the life I created with strife
Running away and bitterness rife
These are the times I chased after to find
The challenges constantly here in my life
And I hear you speak to me in the night
For I feel a trembling and I see the light
But I question is this even right?
How do I know you my Soul knows?
When I have been playing this Comedy Show.
How I live my life the same everyday
Look at the people around me I say
They also travel over shameful and blame
Nothing much changes
This is no hall of fame.
Spinning on wheels of empty emotion
Trudging and turning over spills of devotion
For should I let be all this tribulation
What will I do, if I listen to you?
A song is a poem that seized its opportunity to fly
A dance is a close-lipped soliloquy narrated by vigor
A story is a word with blazing sentiments that can't die
Every mastery is a tenacious failure
A laugh is a smile learning to be an extrovert
A noise is a whisper that couldn't stay in its zone
A race is a walk with ambitions it won't desert
Those who crawl out of their shell become full-blown

Thank You, Lord, for enriching my spiritual life* thru Your Word!
Such is Your knowledge established by Your immutable record…
…Which strengthens my faith upon Your divine sword
For me to seek Your prudence while persevering along Your truth’s ford.
Thank You, Lord, for enriching my spiritual life that exalts Your name!
Such is Your glory magnified midst Your heavenly fame…
…Which upholds my salvation by Your assurance-frame
For me to testify about Your greatness while glowing in Your Gospel’s flame.
Thank You, Lord, for enriching my spiritual life by Your holiness!
Such is Your perfection affirmed thru Your sanctifying righteousness…
…Which corrects my attitude by Your merciful forgiveness
For me to profit in Your truths while learning from Your reproof’s blessedness.
*Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.

There was a man from Tarsus
whose name was Saul
who did all he could
to make Christians to fall
But one day he took a trip
to Damascus was his aim
but God met him on the road
and his life was never the same
On that conversion road
his eyes became blind
till God’s light shined
to bring him a enlightened mind
From that day forth
he was known as Paul
for he took God’s truth
all over to one and all
Much suffering he received
persecution, strife and near death
for the sake of the gospel
he sought to speak its vital breath
Much time he spent in prison
but God used his time for good
Paul there did write many letters
for the churches spiritual food
This man thus became known
as Paul the godly apostle
one who met the risen Christ
his life was indeed colossal
Paul’s legacy was his writings
which we still have today
to disciple, instruct and teach us
so we know how to obey
His life came to a tragic end
in AD60 when in Rome
Nero sentenced the apostle to his death
in doing so Paul came eternally home
What a story his life was
as God made him his own
releasing him from satin’s grip
the purpose to make Christ known

You don't have to kneel to pray,
Lye,sit or stand, just do it every day,
The presence of the Almighty is real,
Alleluia,alleluia,chant it until you feel,
When you feel Him,don't be afraid,
Don't be frighten,He came to make you brave,
The road of life, from birth to the grave,
Do you hear Him telling you,be no longer a slave,
Led by your environment, family, friends, plans and greed,
Take a spiritual stand, time for you to lead,
The road of life is slippery, don't slide down the drain,
Travel it wisely, what is gain without the pain,
The high-way is smooth but you have to pay the toll,
Take the by-pass,it might save your soul,
Don't be lead by evil, conquer evil with good,
Now hold the Almighty hands, live the life you should,,,,,
