“A fresh, crisp, winter day,” she said
I said, “Idd is… but by dose is red.”

Sleeping now is not so easy
Unlike nights of yesteryear
Pain evasive sleep maneuvers
Needed now from front to rear
This way to avoid that shoulder
That way to appease my back
Crosswise so my groin finds freedom
Tilted slightly toward the crack
That Sciatica will flare up
Should I not upend my knee
That’s just one side’s ‘Sleeping Sitcom”
What is to become of me
Don’t forget to fluff that pillow
Sinus drip means counting sheep
Plus a stiff neck’s sure to follow
One wrong doze into the deep
Slumber now is very tricky
That’s if I can sleep at all
Where’d I hide those ‘little helpers”
Sandman’s on an early call!

Dear Heart:
My Dear, dear heart you have done well,
surviving all these years of hell,
the pain, the loss and misery
of lives and loves cherished by me.
During my seasons, you carried the bags,
spirit asunder in sackcloth and rags.
Just kept saying, “Get up from the floor.”
Just kept beating, “life has more, life has more….”
In every challenge, you have shown
no strength diminished but faith grown.
Where chambers deep, life tried to scar,
a cleansing blood did all harm bar.
Your sinus rhythm to the Father beats
victoriously, as wisdom speaks,
with favor fashioned in all ways
to withstand these dangerous days.
Dear heart you are my valentine,
maturing with a spirit divine,
possessing precious peace within,
your valves not weak, floppy or thin.
And now, it’s not for me you grieve,
but for others who badly need
your strength that has remained so true.
Please lose my bags. There’s work to do.
With Sincere Respect,
Owner

April showers just fetch
rainbow of hues for mirth
clues and balms everywhere
as man's heart with its dearth
bees humming must beware!
April showers just fetch
blossoms in varied scales
moths fly high in the air
with sinus-tickling wails
birds hoard eat seeds with care
April showers just fetch
life booming all around
shun teasing the bird-thrush
worms crawling can be found
on your boots will rise mush
April showers just fetch
a flooring of fresh lawn
may blooms are on the way
bear ageless hope to bring
cheer look forward to May.

Vibrations in monotone
buzzing out drones;
sparks sinus pain relief,
such energy defeats the headache foe
with quickening blood flows.
A mystical tide running wide
among Yirdaki notes breathy throats
didgeridoo promotes tranquility like,
steamboats chugging out their waves of foam.

Wildflowers are uncultivated vegetation.
In forests and towns growing without cultivation.
Like most they are used in home medication.
Dandelions are nutritious and can ease pain's vexation.
Fever few staves off migraine attacks while,
Low immune is boosted by berries and chamomile.
Our bloating and gas is helped by chamomile tea,
While sore throat pain is helped with a bit of honey.
Eucalyptus oil can help make sinus pain moot.
Retaining water and PMS, try some chaste tree fruit.
Send out for a book on natural cures.
Don't poison yourself with drugs bought in stores.

I once went out with a virus
She told me her name was Iris
Gave me a fever
Quite the deceiver
So I left with a bad sinus
Then she came back harder once more
This time she left me on the floor
Now in quarantine
She’s not very clean
Stuck with toilet paper galore

We have had a thousand different corona viruses over the years. The flu is a corona virus, when does it die out? It always dies out in the summer as the temps rise. One thing all of these different Corona viruses have in common is their sensitivity to heat. When exposed to temperatures of 133 degrees fahrenheit or above the virus dies within 2 to 5 minutes. Boil some water and breath in the hot steam for 5 minutes, do this twice a day and it will kill the virus in you sinus area if you have come into contact with it that day. If you are already infected do this treatment 4 times a day. Put a towel over your head and the steam to breath it in, be careful that the steam is not to hot to cause burns of course. Pass this along my friends.
I checked the world maps from the cdc, the hot areas of the globe are virtually unaffected by the virus. Mexico is at 90 degrees Fahrenheit right now and they do not have it there. Stop and think even if you are skeptical and think this is bs what will it hurt to try. At the very least it will clear out your sinuses and make you feel better

Her name was Nola
From Hispaniola
She liked to get her fix
On Coca-Cola
She liked to coochy-coo
With everyone she knew
But when she blew her nose
Then all her friends withdrew
At Corona
Corona virus
It's the hottest spot
North of your sinus
At Corona
We fell pell-mell
Ah ah ah
Don't feel so well
Ah ah ah, ah ah
His name was Lu Gan
He came from Wuhan
He liked to dance all night
As much as you, man
He liked to socialize
With all the girls and guys
But since he caught the bug
His mouth is catching flies
At Corona
Corona virus...
Her name was Betty
She was a free spouse
She liked to play all day
In someone's tree house
But she could not survive
When you turn sixty-five
You run a higher risk
That you won't leave alive
At Corona
Corona virus...
Her name was Miley
A human virus
I guess that's why she clogs
The human sinus
But when she caught the flu
She spread her germs on you
A way to make you sick
And make you angry too
At Corona
Corona virus
It's the hottest spot
North of your sinus
At Corona
We fell pell-mell
Ah ah ah
Don't feel so well
Ah ah ah
BUT YOU CAN'T TELL
Ah ah ah, Ah ah!

sinus, muse,
Form: I do not know?
The first day when she felt discomfort hit,
she coughed and found it difficult to speak,
but quelled all fears and faced the day with grit,
although her voice was then a high-pitched squeak.
The second day her health was even worse,
with throat enflamed by her post-nasal drip.
She forged ahead because she is a nurse,
and her conclusion it was not the grip.
The third day was the worst with cough and sneeze,
along with sinus drainage uncontrolled.
She took her pills while breathing with a wheeze,
convinced she suffered from a summer cold.
But now she’s feeling better, talking more,
improving and retreating from death’s door.

...happening today
She watched me tilt my head and look eyedrops into each eye and shuddered, saying "I can't do that" I looked at her in disbelief! She, recovering from her 3rd fall, same wrist broken twice, bravely isolated in a re-hab facility with that dead-air & feint chemical odor. My eyes, swollen with allergies following a 2-hr hike the previous first 50 degree day (turns out to be a sinus infection). Her excitement is childlike when I tell her I'm picking her up tomorrow (today) to go to therapy at the Minnesota Vikings Ortho facility! She will see all the snow has melted (save the dirty 20' piles from dump-truck drops) and I promised her lunch (she likes a tuna-salad sandwich & lemon meringue pie!) She knows this is bonus-time...she didn't hit her head when she fell...the stark truth left unsaid, her friend just passed 3-weeks after falling, hitting her head, blood on the brain. I will bundle her in my warm outing blanket and we will ease thru traffic not talking...

Allergy Poem
Pollen, dog hair, mold and dust.
Make my sinus raise a fuss.
Headaches, itchy eyes, histamine.
Many a season I have seen.
Cough drops, tissues, little red pills;
Drug store prescriptions, druggist fills.
Hot tea, lemon juice, local honey;
I have spent a lot of money.
Allergies can drive you wild.
I've had them since I was a child.
Someday I'll walk through Heavens door.
Then I won't have allergies anymore.
