As my pen stills.
They used to beg,
To be released.

They refuse to budge

I stare for hours at the clock
Leaching tears, I feel so blue

Writers block,
Time for a walk around the block.
Time to take stock,
Time to sell stock,
Time to rethink the plot,
While cleaning up the garden plot,
Time to empty the waste basket,
And fill a picnic basket.
I can’t write
I’ve got no rhyme
I can’t even do this poem
Even though I have the time
Stupid writers block
I know what might help.
Sunshine
Whoops, it’s too late
Coconut moon doesn’t make my mind
Take the bait

tongue tied was all the go,
when i was young n simple so,
ratchet jaw is now i be,
tongue trips me up so constantly,
bites me tongue oh no...

partly blocked, no not your hand,

no blockage here i see,
the realm of fantasy,
working well 4me,

I've seen pieces of it in my head,
Not together but it's there.
All of a sudden it disappears
Blackened thoughts fill the air.
Creativity turns to despair,
As writers block takes a bow,
"WOW"
Another stolen premier...
Reaching for a cup of words.
It slips through my hands.
Cleaning up the writers block spill.
Watch out here I come.
Why so low,
why so down,
face of,
a crying clown.
Tip top,
don't drop.
Chin up,
for reasons that you don't know,
the sky filled with snow.
Writers block,
songs sound a note,
freedom is near,
no need to fear,
just the fallen snow,
long ago.
Too tired to
rub two words together
to make a
coherent sentence
into
brilliant relationships
with
forgotten verbs
and
colorful adjectives

I have writers block right now, hate this feeling.....
I have an idea in my head, but, the words escape me....
I rack my brain, trying to think, and, think....
But, the harder I try, the worse it gets....
Maybe tomorrow will be a better day....
