Premium Member haircut forces me into a hat
Grandma said she would take care of the kids now
I knew things were tight, gramps had run off with the cow
and a woman, but we were sworn to secrecy about that
Grandma took her anger out on us. Now I have to wear a hat...

My Hat
There is fur on my hat
because it was sat
on and made flat
by my large, fatty cat.
Now I can't wear my hat-
not with it like that!
Not with fur on my hat,
that is wrinkled and splat flat.
I don't want to wear a hat
that is dirty and frowned at....

My Fragile Head
To truly see the things I see,
just walk a mile in shoes of me
Wear my hat just for a day,
my pain will steal your heart away
Feel the wisdom that I know,
and understand it's not a show
Spread the love and things I've said,
step inside my fragile head....

If I were a human I would be soooo cute
I wouldn’t just lounge in my birthday suit
I would dress so nice
With shoes to match
To cover my bare feet
I would even wear a hat
As it stands, I’m happy as can be
Cause I’m a teddy bear
All soft and cuddly…...

Clown
Painted upside down.
Wear a hat.
Brim side down.
Collar turned almost round.

Funny wonder laugh.
Musical speech sags.
Crying song laughs.
Ringing song gag.

Crazy funny man.
Silly tokens wonder.
Sad loving woman.
Circus clowns blunder.

from my poem book DREAMS...

The Discerning Woman
There was a woman named Honey
Who didn't have lots of money
in fact
she only had
enough greenbacks
for one designer hat.
But she was very discerning
and she found a hat that with a lot of turning
She could wear this hat many different ways
Over many different days...

See the hat in TangeneNicole's store on Etsy...

Premium Member Hat Pledge
To myself, I pledge,
To wear my hat with pride, joy, and allegiance.
Even when there is no convenience, and mastering all levels of
Exceedance.
I pledge to be committed. Consistent, and act royal
To the end remain loyal.

When I’ve slayed all day
I retreat to rest
Knowing, I smiled in my hat and gave it my best....

I WILL DAILY WEAR A HAT
I WILL ALWAYS BE, FEEL, AND LOOK BEAUTIFUL IN MY HAT.
EVEN WHEN I AM TIRED, AND EVEN WHEN I DONT WANT TO.

I PRAY TO BE A BEACON OF LIGHT
BLESS ANOTHER SISTER IN THIS FIGHT
REMEMBER KINDNESS AND LOVE IS MY WEAPON OF CHOICE
AND MY ONLY VOICE.

I PRAY TO LOVE MY GOD, TO LOVE MYSELF, AND MY HAT!!!!...

A Dream
I wear my hat real low so you cannot read my eyes
Don’t get too close
You might fall in
I am a bottomless chasm in disguise
All I seem to do is fall
Will there ever be a time when I rise?
Grounded like a rock
Trying so hard to reach my dream that floats by like a cloud in the rainy skies
Will I ever grow wings to chase those dreams?
Or is this the beginning of dreams demise?...

HAT POWER

My Hat is a rush a power to my head
wear a hat every day or as often as you are lead
hat love and hat passion I must spread
ladies without your hat, your entire look
is in shreds.

Please take note, this is not a quote
if it's not saying something,
 it's doing nothing
if it's not doing anything
It's not worth nothing
my hat is a rush of power to my head.
Hat Power Yaaaasss!!!!!...

My Cat
I loved my cat.
She was a brat.
Never used the doormat.
Never would wear a hat.
Some people thought that she was fat.
Once she chased a rat.
Even tried to catch a bat.
She was good about covering her scat.
She didn’t have a face that was flat,
like a Persian cat
Now she lays in the road and is flat.
She met with a truck and went splat.
Swatting away at an annoying gnat,
I sadly write her epitaph....

Mama Always Said
Mama always said,
If you make that face it'll get stuck like that,
Brush your hair or you'll get rats,
You'll catch a cold if you dont wear a hat,
Dont make fun of people that are fat,
You'll get rabies if you pet stray cats,
You drop your food so use a place mat,
Look presentable, no matter where your at,
Swat the flies, we dont want nats,
But most importantly,
Mama always said,
I'll always Love you, just remember that....

A Parents Job
Stop this, stop that,
Be good, it's freezing wear your hat.

Put your gloves on it's very cold,
Please, please do as you are told.

I am trying my very best,
But every day seems like one big test.

But then you turn and grin,
And I love you more and I am calm again.

Being a parent can be so hard, but just do your best, give them all of your love and all of the time that you can,
Then your son will grow to be a lovely man....

What an earthly disaster
The rivers are red
The water keeps on rising
Trinidad and Tobago under water
Politician and Ministers these are your sons and daughters
Mankind need aid and helicopter to reach them faster
Cities are submerging
People are uniting
Humanity is surfacing
You can work much faster
After all you are the master
Why not take on the role of the nation pastor
Be the leader and wear the hat of a dedicated schoolmaster....
