not enough to soak my dark night’s pillows
with volume of regret’s salt
pledge is flooding my bed
Possess definite shape
And volume with molecules spaced
Close together.

Definite volume but
Not shape containers hold them

Love's screaming at me,
full volume in my ear but,
I'm to deaf to hear
somthing telling me to love,
to love the one who loves me.
Caught in this web of lies
where volume may the truth disguise
will Union o’er two hundred years fail
can reason over rant prevail?
Seven voices, several choices speaks
Volume radiance shouts speak-up

A new book

virgin page.
Hastily
scrawled in red
volume loud
the word SAVE.
Now slowly
close cover.
Tricube
heads bent together
son adjusting the computer volume
father hearing music
playing the guitar
showing his son
how to hear
how to play
magic
last burst in night’s sky
stars shimmer and fizzle out. . . .
fireflies dance on

starling stereo
crisp and clear early morning
set to full volume
weighty wings arise
marvelous and maddening
at verge of daybreak

– take a big sip
Then pump up the

You want a rock song
but mope and sing of lost love;
Get up and raise the volume!
Level it all up;
You’ve got to let yourself go
to shred a new melody.

She’s a person,
Worthy of meditation;

There once was a man (that would be me)
Whose TV must rest on even degree;
Twenty’s divine,
Twenty-two’s fine—
So I watch in silence till numbers agree.

They do it in halls, even farms,
it’s part of an Irishman’s charms;
but the whole world was shook
when Flynn found the lost book:
