Premium Member Armand Duplantis

I sat, uninspired, in my condo.
When on TV, no routine John Doe
Flew above a balloon
And then over the moon,
That amazing pole vaulter, Mondo.

Premium Member Mary Poppins Meets Armand Duplantis

How does Mondo while the time up there,
As he soars high in the sky of blue?
Why, he visits Mary Poppins there,
Along with clouds, and lovely birds too.

Release the Vault of Heaven

We cracked
the
vault of
heaven and disturbed
the
Gods of Empyrean
as
the
ripples sing out
across
the fabric of
space and time
release
the
vault of heaven

Leap Year's Poll Vault

Leap Year's "poll" vault
Olympic primary trials
Push-over leaps by party default
others limp away with denials.
Sis boom bah; blah, blah, blah,
"poll'-itics and the media.

Premium Member In the Vault with Walt

Some say...Walt Whitman's the poet's champ!

His works were well read, by dim oil lamp.

But, oh so long winded,

Those words never ended...

Woe, ritual champ of reader's cramp

Premium Member The Vault of the Heavens

Alone I have encircled the vault of the heavens…
And traversed the deep darkness of the abyss…
Beneath the seas and upon the earth I do abide…
Wondering in whose hearts I will finally reside…

Premium Member Vault In the Attic

A
Vault
In the
Attic holds
Photos and keepsakes
Treasured as a golden nugget
Holding the far memories that persist over time
Yearning secretly that a time machine would exist to bring back the past left behind

Fault Vault

It is our fault we left the door
Open to the vault. Are we going to
Wait for more to happen before
We take a captain?
Will we use bait or go in and
Incinerate?
We should not wait too long
Otherwise, it will be
To late to change the hands of fate!

Have you had thoughts within your mind that weighed like a brick
Kept deep within your soul and burdensome from becoming so thick
Nothing else will ever compare to the prodigious magnitude of it
Keeping them trapped within your vault that you have constructed

Premium Member -Vault Of Kindness

When l look back on my life
The moments l tend to remember
Are ones of pure unconditional kindness
So pure and tender

Locked away in my hearts vault
Available, safe and sound
When feeling disappointed or disillusioned
I open that vault…..restoring my faith abound

THE VAULT OF HEAVENS

Under
The vault of the glorious heavens
I stood,
Admiring creation’s incomparable
Grandeur,
Insignificant, in truth, I felt in
Comparison
Till Reason’s, I opened the
Door!

*Without his reasoning, his logos, his understanding, Man would be crushed
Under the weight of Cosmos!

Premium Member My Four Year Old Son Is Sad He Can'T Do the Pole Vault

Olympic stuff ain’t easy
I’ve false started many times

At the traffic lights
At meal times
Conversations in the office lounge area
And other events I’d rather not mention

Alright go on then
Let me fill you in

At McDonald’s
At the flipping birds

At peristerophobia
At the park

Pole vaulting is not a dangerous sport
But the internet has told me

Even though a pole requires
A hefty investment

It is necessary

................................YOU ARE

You are a vault

                                                            Wisdom

Of the most needed, realisation

You are the truth,

                                                           Resolution!

Rings And Things

If you want to participate in the pool events at the Olympic rings you literally have to be right in the swim of things and you really ought to be on top of things if the balance beam is your sport or if it's high jump hurdles or pole vault you should get over them to a fault the Olympic rings were created giving athletes wings by Charles Pierre de Frédy Baron de Coubertin dubbing him 'Lord of the Rings'
