Sea Parrot
Under the sea lived a parrot.
She loved to play with a ferret.
Then upon one day,
In the month of May,
They both shared a yellow carrot....

Dreams
The glistening stars
In the night time heavens
Can I wish upon one
Hoping my dreams come true

Forever love
Soul mates
Does it exist
Can two actually become one...

Honors bestowed by men upon one, his heart may certainly please

But only the blessings of our Lord, the pain in his heart could ease

Upon a Scale
upon a scale
place differing
realms of reality
upon one side place
external realm
upon the other side now place
the internal realm
which side fills up faster
that is dependent upon the
individuals internal sense of self...

Motionless
Upon one and the same
motionless Mountain,

       we leave faint foot trails
       that are soon forgotten.

Beneath one and the same
motionless Moon,

       we cast moving shadows
that are gone, oh, so soon....

My Shortest One Yet
Am really having a good show about re-hashing

How to come up with pure delight and compassion

Which in shower I had stumbled upon one day

Saw her body standing there and said no way.

Wow!!! Would you look at all those wrinkles

Written by an old folk, no joke....

A Wish
I have never travelled so far
As to catch a falling star.
I've never seen so great a thing
As China's Great Wall or Victoria's Falls.
I've never been to Rome or Spain
Nor touched the Amazon's rain.
Yet I know that they exist,
As real as the earth and sea.
And though I've never caught a falling star
I've wished upon one from my rusty old car....

Waiting
She's sifting through the sands of her heart.
I'm trying to find where I stand.
She's trying to mend a lost love.
I'm trying to lend a hand.
Restless I gaze at the stars above.
Then I wish upon one just for love.
Will love come again?
Will it be a friend?
It wanders through my mind love I may never find.
I still wait for the day love comes my way....

The Patience of a Frog
Across the pond float lily pads
Upon one sat a frog,
He looked rather startled
His eyes were wide agog.

Had he seen a stalking heron,
Was he scared to move, thought I
Then to my surprise, his tongue shot out
And caught a passing fly.

That wise old frog had patience
It comes to those who wait,
For that fly, it came to him
And that wise old frog, he ate....

Premium Member The Second Coming
Chartreuse moss insinuates itself
into cracked brick as leprous eucalyptus
line the path, fallen leaves contorted
into coral spines on weathered terra cotta.

Traveling between the trees I stumble
upon one sinewy stalk in a lithe tuft
heralding the second coming of a lily.

May's slate gray
muffles the air until I hear
the chameleon trill
of a mockingbird....

Waterfall
There’s nothing like a waterfall
To make you stop and stare
And give yourself some credit
For the fact that you are there.

To come upon one naturally
Would be a great surprise,
But mostly, people seek out
What’s been seen by prior eyes.

Still, to watch the water gushing
As it tumbles down its course
Is to realize those who miss it
Should be flooded with remorse....

Fragmented Existence
Impel discourse upon one and another,
the unseen veracity of ennui and weariness causes me to covertly smother. Appreciation and fascination moderately transpire,
humanity led solicitous to retire.
A bond have infrequently on any account been achieved,
unassertive alongside what intend to be believed.
Loneliness forge such enchantment
conflicted with despondency.

Issues Pilled
issues pilled up upon one another
overtaking the river that lay underneath
the bridge that connected the two internal
lands
issues rained down like asteroids
crashing into the river that lay
underneath the bridge that connected the two
internal lands
created title waves of internal pain
created a overflowing of the emotional river
that ran across the internal landscape...

It's Night Down Here
It is dark down here
And the shrew hairs
Look like a clown queen
Curled round the edges of the thighs

It is night down here
They've lost their sights
And stumble upon one another
In a fight to enjoy the nookie of man

It is dark down here
Nigh, the day is about to break
To see the results of untamed hairs
In the dark they triumph
But in light, they are abashed of their act....

Premium Member Their Timeless Moment
They lean upon one another
Teetering drunkards
Swaying in dependencies dance
Scrawny limbs clinging to frailties hope
There is a solemnity to their silent passing
An honor in their slow demise
An eerie bagpipe squeal in their movements
It is a privilege to sit among them
Listen to their ring bound stories
Breathe in their ancient scents
Disappear into their timeless moment

Premium Member Out of Control
The remote control seemed to hang in the air
as it described a perfect arch towards the pool,
flying, hands-free, in its own metaverse;
a surreal image, frozen not by it, but of it.

The tiny buttons, scrambled over, a moment ago,
glinting in the sun. PAUSE, clearly showing upon one.

Also frozen, on the fifty-two-inch flat screen,
the losing goal. That cost the match ~ caused the flight....

A Moment In Time
Time that is pacing which will soon change
The many day of life that seem to flow toghter
Papers wasted which seem to pile up
Study days seems to stack upon one another

The days seem to fade week upon week
Friends have came and gone
Long time strivning for A's avoiding referalls and tardy days
For Even though were are growing older
Mintues are so precious it seems that we are rushing...

Starstruck
Drifting through the small meteor cluster
Red Giants so soon lose their luster
Andromeda's spiral army
Where moonstruck the horizon hard
Atmosphere called her advance guard
Blue Dwarf soldiers burn out brightly
Planets are aligned, our brothers
Leaning upon one another
Orphan stars, no longer lonely

Black Robed the Bench and Power
Huddled poor the masses, did you say, not I.
Whirlpools hide the dragon and it's eye.
Needles would I thread upon one point.
Before the Gavel falls, I'd hear your allocution.

While one was never made, ambition grew.
Each priest before his god, one never stood.
Here a rose and there it's bud, yet beauty paused.
Lillie's look caused her to Donn a rustic mask.

Once
I have found kindness
Among the most unkind
And love
Among the unloved
I have walked in places
That God himself fears to tread
And have found myself in places
Where the brightest of lights
Cannot cast a single shadow
A place where day and night
Fall upon one another
Like reunited lost lovers
Under a warm goose down blanket
On the coldest of days
In the dead of winter
With a passion
That can only be shared
Once...

Stars
Ever-present,
Gems with magnificent spark.
Never absent,
just lost in the dark.

Each an answer to a plight,
wanting to be traced.
Wish upon one in the night,
for dreams are to be chased.

But as city grows,
Dark is the endless sky.
Black with dogged sorrows,
Lights gone out with an exhausted sigh.

But when in fields far away,
when city is gone and you no longer fret,
in the sky they play,
the dreams of all, never met....

" Disobedience Is Judgement On the Way "
The world is in a hurry no one ever wants to wait, no discussions pushin buttons too much
piled upon one plate. The who what where when why and how, are all related to the fear
that's here and now. It does'nt take very long to see the changes going on, there's a reason
for each season from the time that we are born. Life seems to get recycled the rotation
goes around, best believe you will receive from the king who wears the crown....

Why
she pretended that she didn't care
and all of her promiscuous deeds piled upon one another
she kept thinking
that just one more
would make her forget
all the others.
she entered a cycle.
a cycle of inflicted pain
and resentment towards her body
and her partner.
nobody understood:
if her actions were painful,
why didn’t she stop?
it was a drug.
and nobody listened.
nobody even bothered asking
why.
next time,
ask her why....

One Real Wish
be careful what you wish for
it might just come true
how can a wish be real
only GOD knows for real
every idle word someone
says we are accounted for
throughout our lives thats
what the Bible says i think a
wish is only upon God's
truth can it come true
reality of life's wishes
can only bring forth what
you ask for upon one truce
of authority is christ almighty
one wish of eternity two choices
to live by its your life choose wisely...
