Father You Are
Father you are stone
Solid, granite
A place
To let troubles free
I am planet
You are moon
Always watching
When in sky, I cannot see
You are strength
Of pillar
Always standing
When I must lean
A push, a shove
Love tough
When you know
It's what I need
Arms as iron fence
Surrounding
The whole
Of family
Bound you and I
Tight upon one heart
And on, God's honor set
As to you, a father I hope to be
