We Live On Borrowed Time

On the wheels of our dreams
The hammer of Thor
Shall crack this fountain sky
What words shall find
The patient clock unwinds
We live on borrowed time

Serenity

I lay in his arms
At peace
He holds me
Mysteriously
I feel relief
Then time unwinds
Strife begins
We yell
We fight
The years pass
The serenity of love

So Shall I

Be this heaven,
So divine
Untouched, unblemished
The air unwinds
The voice of
Your deep blue eyes
Still moves me
This time,
Say that
You love me, and
So, shall I

Her soft bosom
Her tender lap
Where a man unwinds ~
 Unburdens his heart
 To a sympathetic mind

Port in the storm
Oasis -- to restore, refresh
 Without strings attached
 Constricted or enmeshed

The Valley Awaits

Live long enough
and we end up alone
No matter our fortune
no matter our throne

Life will have sway
as our journey unwinds
One breath at a time
— our voices unrhymed

So Shall I

Be this heaven,
So divine
Untouched, unblemished
The air unwinds
The voice of your deep blue eyes
Still moves me this time,
Please say that
You love me
while
your voice
penetrate my soul
and
So, shall I

now decompose not blinded
what is the last line dead letters
Blank white paper but no characters
Clouded mind unwinds
Creativity died

In mine mental block

A Photograph By: Miracle Man August 19, 2020 Each picture, is a record of a moment in time, that likely we’ll share, as our life unwinds. Though physical presence deteriorates by grime, it’s securely tucked away in our minds.

A White Curtain Falls

Time unwinds where river tears spill
O’er river rock, when angels stand still.

Whole

in between the kisses under covers
you tell me how much you missed me
in between the hugs and the lovin
I tell you just the same

the ceiling fan spins and it all unwinds
the pent-up passion from a few short days
equal parts coming together
to make us once more whole

The Snowflake

She dances at the edge of my mind
That little frilly dolly, coy and shy
With cipher weight she slow unwinds
leaving me with a desire to fly
as she melts away and turns to nigh

Premium Member Memories

So many gems lay sparkling in our minds

of wondrous days and years, we can recall;

and each gets glossier as it unwinds,

while joyous recollections shine, enthrall.

Pray that our shiny jewels are kept sublime-

as we proceed to polish them with time.

What Happens Today

What Happens Today

What happens today will be revealed
Then our expectations will be filled
Nothing can stop the hands of time
As the day slowly unwinds

What will be, will be at last
Then what was before, will be the past
We’ll deal with what is shown
As we go boldly into the unknown

Freed Spirit

We need not bother ourselves
with these details
For the process unwinds its progression
and the end is peaceful
Like the sleeping babe that enters
It's sleep that now claims the silence
Rest awkens the spirit
Who sees the need to depart
And we who bear witness
can only watch and wonder
as we silently weep in stillness

Jet Black Before Dawn

discarded, dismissed in rain
faint arrows of moonlight, peering through diagonal blinds
i hang in the shadows
drink pus, eat silicon
and believe in nothing.

rain is only until the darker, jet black vastness unwinds the lesser space gray of clouds.

when you sleep, i awaken.

i look at my hands

and they become mine.

Strand of Thread

Life is a mere strand of thread,
Woven tightly it can forever last
Emotions travel ,
Maybe unravel
Stitched loosely futures fray,sour pasts
Your spool of thread is a unique pattern
Choose colors and fabric wisely
Lest your path unwinds tattered
Strand of thread dangling,so minute
Find the eye of the needle, design astute.

Energy of magic key
Unwinds ground caressing feet
Princess drunken on delights from heart adored
Happiness of all spring times of all ages combined
On height of firework laughter interrupted by phone
Ringing inconsequential words with menacing tone
Immersing soul in desolate desperation
At the turning of the puppet mania key.

The dark; the gloom; the waning moon dost shine
The beast within the pounding heart unwinds
The night’s delight awaiting sunset
The girl sits all alone

The stars shoot by overhead up high
Crickets sing out a lover’s lullaby
A night to dream a fantasy of love
The boy takes her home

Fearfulness Falls In Heavy Drops

Fearfulness falls in heavy drops
On one who wonders
About the tomorrow that was once a ten,
And now is only a five.

Life unwinds like a slowing watch
Sowing deeds good and bad behind,
‘Til a wall of impenetrable fog remains
For etching by the finger of forever.

Fearfulness falls in heavy drops
On one who wonders about tomorrow.

A Bach Fugue

The music cannot be denied,
it unwinds like an articulated dragon
through a metallically ringing void.
Then there is the silk serpent
hidden in the driving engine
the closed-eyed coiling.

The hairs in my ears dance;
the notes are calling out stars;
not the ones we see,
but dark stars
born in the disheveled rooms
of fallen angels.

UNKNOWN STILLNESS 1

To go in an instance
To a deep void
Even an empty unknown
Yet discern a certain knowing
Being in-sync with No-thing
And yet knowing a freshness
Crystal clear and light
Where creative inspiration
Sustains odd reason and logic
And discretely unwinds

A Vintage Sashay

Her hips leaves her loves,
Kisses in the wind,

As she sashays luminous,
As a champagne moon,

The vintage shore,
Unwinds in the ultra neon lights,

As bonfires hymn in the starry nights,
Her vintage sashay,

Inwardly lit, from the sweetness,
that tenderly strides,

Its as if she glides,
Her beauty in the candles of our love
Reynaldo Casison

Glow

Evidence shreds itself in half-remembered candle glow. Old photographs never taken keep the clearest images. What fails to occur, changes, learns to walk and swim in time. What is left frays and unwinds in a fog of happenstance. Such things are ghosts in a jigsaw of light, smutch in a guttering flame, as clear now as then.
