Brains
Why do our brains have thoughts?
Some things we are not taught,
Our brains came from God,
Still evolving, soar or plod....

End
Final fortune overcomes
ironic endings always wrought
never lasting in our findings
individuals eternally untaught
seconds left till our despair...

LOVE speaks in millions of untaught languages

I was bathed in the love of my grandmother

FAMILY, faith, and friends; the music of life

EMPTINESS in life needs only to make room for love...

The Book of Life
The book o’ life teaches man a lot,
But the lessons lie largely untaught.
Many a crucial page
I’d seen folded on edge
Time to read that page oh returned not.

A Makeshift Graveyard
Married to a number,
Set aside for posterity.

Marked and laid out in an open grave,
In everlasting humility.

Look and behold as I grow into the earth,
I never asked for and do not want any pity.

Young life, hope, tortured death ,
And yet, I welcomed it all with untaught piety.

I lie in unmarked graves around the deadened land,
I am sorry I never said goodbye....

Prayerless
My hands ~

Like brackets of identity ~ e're naught

My feet ~

Like portals of iniquity ~ there caught

My faith ~

Like vestige' continuity ~ all bought

My grace ~

Like Godliness' annuity ~ still sought

My gifts ~

Like treasures weight in view of thee ~ untaught

Thy promise ~

The road determined not as free ~ yet fought!

. . . . stay in prayer!...

Noblesse Oblige
Bated young as if moth,
our rushlight engrossing as inferno,
to minds untaught of hell.

As hell itself to learned folk,
cursed with mystic beginnings,
drowned deep within their well.

Before the airy days of care,
can gently ease them in,
to the world as sheer as veil.

We bury deep insecurities,
in soil that we are oblige to love,
and scorch the earth in ways that time will only tell....

A Piece of Coal
Pulled from darkness
And into light, born
But a short life was ended
With a quick burn

He was unable to accomplish
Every dream
Life wasn't as
He made it seem

He called himself
A piece of coal
And others joined in
Unaware of their toll

Pitch black soul
Or so people thought
But were they just clueless
And untaught

Just because their expectations
He couldn't reach
Didn't mean there wasn't
A diamond underneath...

Her Essence
But who is this women defined
more beauty then can write you'll find
I hear from her such precious laugh
of humor she has more than half;
Think of her with a youthful mirth
ere the senses made of this earth
she is the fairest by her though
beauty as hers must go untaught;
But more should have I think, I aught
for this woman many have fought
but of her mind I wish to know
dear to me if it be I'll show;
Adore for her a love to grow....

Loves Crown
Intimacy,s not ours.
It has some wings.
Birds bees flowers.
Mans favorite things.
Its neither hers.
So were untaught.
With dry-dough crowns.
Cannot be bought.
Within the heart true love stirs.
We hope it lingers.
Cannot be boxed .
By camera's fingers.
Pictures develope.
Drawing near.
What's this!
The subjects disappear.
Her crown rings.
Justices joy.
His crown works .
Truth to deploy.
Love can whisper once again.
Our embrace.
Well then!...

Haunted
His agonized inhabited mind haunted
by peaceless imaginative thought,
extremely distressed, his spirit daunted
with severe revelations of supernatural
phenomenon, so distorted caricatural
features indescribable by the untaught,

exorcism perceived as emotional relief
for his tormented mind created by him,
comforted by his faith and strong belief
miraculous event now urgently desired
penance to alleviate his guilt required,
tormented by ghostly sight of his victim.
