Exploding and Unloading

Exploding and Unloading

Ergonomics and energy are exploding,
And are all situated for an unloading;
Will occur,
Can endure,
While iron will be eroding and corroding.

James Serious Mysterious Horn
Retired Veteran and Poet

Inspired by Bill Nye Science Guy
and his book, "Undeniable."

If I Were a Stranger

And proached you in parking lot
while unloading your groceries
and I frowned

would it be different if under same stances
I proached you and
smiled?

Yepperooni, just sayin', be careful
not to throw baby
out with bathwater.

Vice versa, too, is what we struggle with,

Broken ribs and tattoos.

The Black Sea

Drowning in her black sea of waves
tumbling down her waterfall of black curls
Docking my ship on her serene waters
unloading my cargo of thoughts and ideas
diving into the depths of her psyche
swimming in the
Ocean of her essences that is woman

Accusing Whom

The unthinking begins again
watching a lunar
explosion.

The smallest droplet:
I never had any agenda,
holding on to emptiness.

A dark jumps out at me.
I push the light
forward?

to see your face, O
invisible. Where the road
ends ? I want to start

my new journey, unloading
the accumulated wealth
of erudition.

Quantum Unzip

Surveillance across the border
Can't stop this tricky misfit
Dyed in the wool habits
Propagate my quantum unzip

Features festering on a broken age

Creatures gesturing to allocate sage

Where grass grows plenty
Ill be unloading the Chesapeak
Shipliner still dazed

On animal plantation
We'll circle the globe
Figuring out what to do
And lay in jewel tombs
The way we're supposed to

Underneath

I know I'm the problem
My fractured thoughts remind me constantly
My love
I've got the bullet
But I never wanted the gun

I think I fall in love everyday
Strangers on the street I'll meet someday
I think I love them all
But I never intend to fall

I know I'm not the problem
His actions show me consistently
I'm stuck in distain
He handed me the gun
After unloading the bullets at my feet

Sleep Talk

I was awakened by the words she spoke
As she lay in slumber deep
In her dreams her silence broke
Her secrets now were mine to keep

Then a name she did invoke
As she lay there fast asleep
Unloading guilt from off her yoke
Truth was all that she could reap

When morning came and she awoke
My anger then began to show
And once again her words provoked
She called me Bob, my name is Joe!

I got the runs

The juices are flowing
Out my butt it’s flowing
The stink surely is growing
The end is near i am hoping
The poos are floating
As they keep going
I begin to wonder will it ever stop exploding
For the pain has me moaning
On my phone diagnosing
The research is undergoing
My ignorance is showing
For I don’t know why my butt is unloading
The doctor call i continue postponing
As my juices stay a flowing…

Peek-A-Boob

(This is a fictional poem. I'm really not married.)

My wife wound up with a crop of rotting vegetables that really stunk.
She had trouble unloading them because they smelled worse than a skunk.
Some people would get mad and throw the vegetables in her face.
They smelled so bad that it made her puke all over the place.
She took off her top one day because of the sweltering heat.
Lots of men came and bought every vegetable she had just to get a peek.

Along the Highway of Life

A-long the highway of life
L-ight may be bright or gray;
H-aze and mist you might face
O-ctober thirtieth day.
N-o signs of life are built to put everything in order;
A-ll must abide by the rules, both pedestrian and driver.

L-oading and unloading
A-rea is a cycle of pressure;
Z-one of danger is the sin
A-lluring for worldly pleasure.
R-estrictions remain unnoticed, reason of chaos and strife;
O-pen your eyes to God's command along the highway of life.

Twenty Years of Spaces Filled

So much easier to pack the car,
no litter box, no carrier -
space for other things.

So much easier at motels,
unloading it all and
no hide and seek at morning departure -
less stress and time for other things.

At home, no litter box in the hall,
a space now for shoes and boots and
in the cupboard where the "Fancy Feast"
and "Temptation" treats were found,
space now for, I don't know, other stuff.

So much room, so empty,
that space within our hearts ...

Unloading

Laughing at life;
Ain’t that kickin against the goad?
Or is that makin’ light
of a heavy load?

You can cry all day
in deepest sorrow,
Knowing there’s a chance,
You’ll laugh tomorrow.

But if you don’t have that hope,
don’t even start.
Else you’ll never stop,
It’ll tear you apart.

If the pain is too much
to stay where you are.
Do what you must,
to heal that scar.

Ask for help,
from the Highest Power.
And that painful time,
will be your finest hour.

The Industrial Accident

Load her up he said
And it started without dread

We need to get it done
Until the job is finally won

But he got in the way
And lost his life that day

Flatten by 4 tonne stressed concrete
Meant his life was complete

So if you are transporting slabs
Over roads that are bad

Ensure that you chain them down
And when unloading without a frown

Be careful in the end should be your final say
Industrial accidents won't happen and it will be OK.
