We Know the Liars
As Followers they move
too nervous, too calm
As Loudmouths they rule
too angry, too calm
As Tricksters they fool
too awkward, too calm
As Imposters they countermove
too erratic, too calm...

Premium Member Pray For Them
The muggers,
The rapists,
The murderers,
The paedophiles,
The confidence tricksters -
Pray for them.

The weak,
The naïve,
The young,
The old,
The inadequate mixers -
Prey … for them....

The kids were having lots of fun,
Their bags of treats must weigh a ton,
Until a witch in hat
Turned into big black cat
To see how fast tricksters could run.

Hole Card
There are blackjack dealers in the world that's real. They have a hole card they don't reveal. These are individual who have to lie, cheat, and steal. You don't always have to enter a casino. Crooks in great numbers are wherever you go. Ask them something, and they say "I don't know". So many tricksters have something to hide. That is a fact of life that cannot be denied.

I wish I was a rare White Raven
Not albino... leucistic... odd genetic defect
born of single pair black common ravens
minimum pigmentation, eye color flecks

White Raven legends as light bringers,
Subjects of discussions and books
Foretelling world's end, playful tricksters
Extremely rare, unforgettable looks

The Tricksters
The clever magician will have us believe,
that he keeps nothing up his sleeve,
that none of what he does is tricks,
that all of it is a pure mix,
of miracles that he creates,
and from thin air, substance, emanates.

The clever politician plays a similar game,
like the magician he will claim,
that from thin air he can produce,
the things with which he can seduce,
whole populations for him to vote,
at your next election, please take note!...

Television
Television vomits privacies
nauseous they are to me
but fans, parents, money-makers
swallow them with no shame

Television show men delete men
boiled hearts they carry all the way
tricksters show mongoose-ness
society the chicken they snatch

Television narrates impossible tales
that humans are gods in action
Believe and try what you see
your heart and body bid you farewell

Television lies and hides that it educates
yet youth are fields for hay. I say nay...

Premium Member Lets Throw Snowball At the Owl
Two slow-witted goblins were tricksters who had no fear
They tiptoed up the staircase of a birch tree that was near.

They forgot that owls can gobble you down in a minute.
Their plotting was horribly stupid, no matter how you spin it.

Let’s throw a snowball at that one, the dumbest one said.
Let’s! Agreed the other, I think his name was Dolt Ed.

The owl was not happy when the snowball hit the back of his head.
And sure enough, within minutes both goblins were dead....
