Angel Singing
Is it an angel that I hear singing?
Or is it tinnitus in my ears ringing?
The voice is so high
Its making me cry
It’s my underwear, it's tight and wringing...

Premium Member Inner Sound Current
Inner sound current
Pervading our form
Reverberating
If we but listen
In thought free silence

The humming clear
Not tinnitus
A standing wave
Ever present

Our focus
In within
Effortless

The void
Our home

Tinnitus
Lurking in the shadows
In the gaps beyond the stars
Voices shouting louder
Silenced only by my heart

Screaming in the silence
To engulf my senses full
I long for silent silence
To enact a final cull

Breaking down the volume
Taking down the noise
Breaking down the constant
To a point I hear my voice...

Premium Member Sound Asleep- I Wish
My nagging headache has resurfaced again,
a grumbling stomach as well,
the cold night has given me chattering teeth
and a murmuring heart gives me hell.
My breathing's developed a whistle-like wheeze
and tinnitus with matching tone,
I can't get to sleep with these noises I make-
why can't I just leave me alone?...

Insomnia
Laying quietly in the dark
Alone in bed on my right side
Listening to the tinnitus
In my ear, praying sleep will come;
Not that I have obligations
To meet in the early morning;
I am an old retired dude
With a lot of time on my hands
But damn it to hell, I need sleep.
I try composing poetry
But my wandering tired mind
Can not remain focused for long
So I turnover my left side
And begin all over again....

Premium Member Fibro Strong
It takes strength, day and night
to tolerate pain, the Fibro fight
the muscle aches, damn brain fog
total exhaustion, stiff as a log
headaches, sciatica, insomnia and more
tinnitus, vertigo, and stress galore
nerve pain and spasms, when does it end
this Fibromyalgia needs to mend
I don’t look sick, but my struggle is real
I’m quite often hot, when cold you feel
The ride never ends, but I am strong
Chronic pains no joke, but I will go on....

Tinnitus - Can You Hear Me
Oh Tinnitus you are a pain
Your high-pitched white noise invades my brain

Because you are not very kind
You cause my head to hurt sometimes

I never know when you will appear
Or will turn up the volume in my ear

But I will not let you rule my life
So we will continue with our strife

Until the day the doctors find
A way to ban you from my mind

Oh Tinnitus you are such a pain
Why can’t you just go away

leaving me with the sound of silence

DAMO...

Premium Member Naad - Inner Sound Current
Inner polarity of our hearing
Cognised within, as subtle sound current
Electro-magnetic hum resounding
In and around, always ever present

Doctors may dismiss this as tinnitus
Yet things are not always as they may seem
Current is steady and continuous
Reverberation through space, thus does stream

Whilst in quietude of meditation
The pure of heart hear, music of the spheres
With Gods grace, imbibed by resonation
Such is the wisdom, we did get from seers
