Stretching Boundaries

You see them stretching
bending each leg back so far
boundaries tested
overextending limits
~ Then they run a marathon

"overextending limits" - I did this once upon a time. I believe I have cured myself of this now. Not! Thanks for the reminder.

Ha, ha! You and I can't even stretch 'limits' with 16-ounce curls anymore either. ~ Sputter, sputter...

And What a run that is...It take more than Ability, more than Courage...it takes Life itself to Complete...

Perhaps it even takes a Village to complete, Arturo. (LOL). Thanks. ~ gw

I can't even bear to watch those runners anymore myself. I'm amazed they go 26 miles, and so fast. Of course, I've never seen Kenyans or Ethiopians do what I described --- only we 'enlightened' Americans take pride in violating the structural intergrity of our joints (with this stretching). ~ Cheers, Gershon
