News Fly
News fly...as spaceships
But they rest in the hangars
            of whose memories
            store and file them.....

Lets Enjoy the Ball
I
Life goes in circles, relationships
The earth is a BALL, as some spaceships
We leave home, happily or unhappily
We explore, return at least once: it's geometry...

Space Race
We whoosh around in outer space
Much faster than the speed of light;
As none can see our spaceships’ race,
You say you’ve won and start a fight…

Premium Member Flying With Spaceships
Blue ellipses
Rolling rumbling honey wagons
Glory shouts came from up the river
Shining, I wasn’t alone
My hope clings to mountains
Finding and never knowing
In the moment of soaring...

Superbly Pretty
Superbly Pretty
Pretty dance of laser fire
Multi coloured megawatt beams
Frying all they touch
Superbly pretty yet evil
Beyond Hell the capability
Fired from orbiting spaceships

Close to a planet
Or a galaxy away
Up close is good
See the results
The planet melts
People are gas
It's over fast...

Premium Member What's At the Library
There are dungeons and dragons
maidens in distress
Legends of realms
 knights on skirted horses
and maidens all dressed in fancy dresses
fire trucks
 spaceships
 robotic vehicles
just to mention a few
Peter rabbit
Santa Claus
Smurfs
and ogres alike
just come to the library
to be thrown in the mix...

The Borg
Whilst watching Star Trek with Captain Picard
They were fighting cyborgs in their universe marred
The Borg fly their cube spaceships and look to destroy
Federation Starships that against them deploy
One thing that puzzles me with the Borg
Do they have toilets especially designed for cyborgs?

Interplanetary Travel
I hope to view it all today,
Each planet’s just a whoosh away;
Revving engines, whams and bams,
Spaceships stuck in traffic jams;
Writing postcards seems so strange,
Waiting for the lights to change;
I hope to view it all today,
Each planet’s just a whoosh away…

What I Imagine the Future Will Be Like
There'll be states
Covered with water
Because of melting
Ice caps
There'll be destruction
Because of all the hurricanes
And it will reduce
Several states into rubble
There'll be cars
That flys in the air
Taking you anywhere
You want to go
There'll be spaceships
That will take you
in space so that you
Can visit the planets...

Abduction of Logic
With flashing lights
And eerie noises
On many nights
With astonished poises
People look up and see
A UFO, two or three
An abduction story
In every group
Attracting glory
- a press scoop!
Funny how these frequent visits
Of flying saucers and other spaceships
Only find one place to stay
And that is in the country called the USA...

"There are no passengers on spaceship Earth. We are all crew"-
 Marshall McLuhan

 Spaceships explore the universe
  On voyages light years away
 Galactic wonders so diverse
  Spaceships explore the universe
 Where twinkle of stars intersperse
With new planets seen day by day
 Spaceships explore the universe
  On voyages light years away...

Where Does Love Start
You looked at me

Eyes meeting in ecstasy

Hand waking a heart

With just a touch

Being built from its foundation into tower scraping sky.
It can fly like no other bird to places never seen,
Even spaceships can only dream of taking its place."

If I Embraced You
If I embraced you

Would warmth greet me

Arms flowing with love

If I embraced you

Oceanic octopus south of the border
Eight elongated tentacles in a ripe order
An organic obstacle to outrageous pirate queens.
Housing grizzly omnivores and oily other things.

Overwhelmingly ostentatious in the oceanic sea.
Oxymorons galore; floating in Earl Gray’s English tea.
Brown oxidized treasure chests gliding in the water.
Oriental spaceships spelling out watch out daughter....

Mirror
MIRROR

I am the stars within the circle,
The sun in the Pyramids sky
 You are automatically healed now
 What am I!?

I reside within you,
nothing can take me away
No alien spaceships,
no abductions today

Anchors in the Sea can be lighter than me!
I'm here in front of thee...
 What am I?

Look in the mirror...
Courage eternally.....Don't u see?
 I'm the Dragon in thee.....

Premium Member robot man protects me from aliens
Robot man I bought back in sixty-nine
Looks scary, ominous, totally ultra-fine.
When the invaders came, I put him in my yard.
They terrorized others, but thought he was a guard.

These spaceships avoided him, as if he were mean.
Disappeared rather rapidly, never again to be seen.
Many other townspeople disappeared that weird Tuesday.
But I am still here, with my robot man, resting away....

MARS...

The Shaman and the Planet Mars,
Gazing in wonder amid the stars,
Arms raised in worship,
Universe the Navajo church,
Ancient marvels to behold,
The human race timeless and old,
From Mars to Earth,
Did spaceships give berth?
Ramses' face on Mars,
Pondering Ptolemies from afar.
The Shaman honour singing,
Future and past aligning,
Gazing in wonder amid the stars,
The Shaman and Planet Mars....

Many falls coming swiftly

Branches shooting the breeze

Words blowing in wind

Dropping lines like leaves

Gladioli
They have frowsy flamboyant hats,
some are born English,
while others are obviously alien.

They need a deep corner to thrive,
or a high ceiling.

Like Maasai maidens their necks
are stretched to infinity,
they will not take much manhandling.

If we ever find their spaceships
we will need a stepladder
to greet their leader.

They both cure depression
and bring depression on,
especially if you stand too long
in their shadows.

On Street of Clay
I walk with quiet deliberation
Confident in directions not given
Unsure of next step to oblivion
Can this brittle road lead me to heaven

Idol
Idol is there seated plotting
cowrie shells baptized dollars
cow-hide suffocated with air
comfort women in their best
Cambridge fraternity with honors
commander with his platoons
sky-men in their spaceships
class room wizards with sleepy eye
Champagne , coca cola, carrots

These are the dying gods
that relax on high thrones
intoxicate conscience
roll away the Bible, Quran
and call on humanity
worship me, me, me alone
my kingdom I’ll give to you...
