There was a smart young lad named Blaze
stress and nervousness on test days
tried to "calm down," laugh and talk.
The night before he'd sleepwalk,
he’d find himself in the dawn rays.

Poetry
Easy blue etching
End to end sleepwalk
Rains without water
Rocks full of blood
An uneasy daydream
Covering a nude urge
O, I undid something
Before unravelling it
And I have undressed
A little shyness....

And Yet It Moves
Reason
without evidence
Truth
without form

Burning
the ladder
Immune
from the scorn

Nuance
to sleepwalk
As reality
dreams

Proof
in the eye
Galileo
redeemed

(Dreamsleep: February, 2023)...

Little Crescent Coughstop
Little Crescent Coughstop couldn't stay awake for crap
Dodging all activities, he'd plead “just let me nap!”

One day he found he could sleepwalk
From morning to day's end

So Little Crescent Coughstop
Never opened his eyes again...

Premium Member Sleepwalk On Thunderstorm
Life wobbling in cacophony
Quietude niche deep within
State of 'I am' perceived
At the fork of enigma
Engagement with life you choose
Abysmal path of pain of being alone
Or golden trail of glory of blissful solitude
The wakeful sleepwalk on thunderstorm.

EVEREST

pinnacle of insanity
only halfway home
so cold
nerves numb
not a vacation spot
near heaven, but not!

deadmen tucked
into beds of ice and crevices
brain swell while they sleepwalk

zombies rise ever higher
certain to hear trumpets of angels
even the guides are thrown down

steeples are strenuous climbs

A Brain Awakes
A brain awakes,
sheds 200 pounds.

Before the brain awoke
it dreamed
that it opened doors,
ground beans,
percolated morning coffee.
It realizes that it had dreamed
far too early.

Meanwhile, the awake brain
is a bug swimming in a toilet bowl,
and it wonders
as it drowns,
if you will sleepwalk
through the rest
of this
long day....

Wake Up
Wake up fool,
As you sleepwalk through life,
You love to freely,
Loving so fully hurts,
Wake up fool,
Everything seems to be a dream,
Or a nightmare,
Reality must not be like this,
miracles must not appear so frequently
Wake up fool,
Everything will be spoiled if life is this emotional,
All will be ruined if life remains this wonderful....

A Cold Bed
Cover my eyes
Ive seen to much.
Tell me storys
because I dont want to hear the truth.
Keep me hidden
I cant be exposed.
Help me I cant sleep.
I can still smell you on my pillow.
My bed is so cold
how did I let your warm heart go?
As I sleepwalk to lonelyness
I can still feel your breathe on my neck.
I wake up in a nightmare because youre not there....

Gray zone
Hands reach out, gray zone,
Wishing me, wishing you, far across time
To the moon, to me, to you
In cities
We linger like cattails, like honey spoons
Tasted, inhaled, drunken, wandering down
Down to the lanes, to the lanes, of our longing
We play harp strings, we play saxophone
Eyes dance among strangers,
Come back
To me and you, you and I, dancing away
Into star dust....

Lambs
To keep us safe they came for our guns, then our thoughts
we had to sleepwalk for exercise.
We became fat and lazy,
fed as we were on manipulated lamb offerings.

They sent us to war against ourselves.
Then the soil itself surrendered
allowing the sky to wash away our history.

The younger people had no memory of us,
however, they taught us to be good
and never talk of how it was before the big people
made us happy....

Place To Be
Place To Be
The best place to be right now
Is not in Europe over Russia's issues
A pissed off nation with 7,500 nukes
Of different types and classes
As set ready to use on Putin's order
Ukraine started it after NATO grew
Right up to Russia's borders
Now they want to turn back the clock
1997 when Russia wasn't threatened
This isn't possible so they all
Sleepwalk to Armageddon
This year or the next
It's coming soon......

Gas chambers were operated by people..Legislation is
Framed and implemented by people in chechslovakia &
Albania, albanians were concentration camp
Guards and gas oven operators, today we see oversimplification of many fraught history's, and now there are wars to displace
People to achieve disorder in the west; and wider world.'
The proposed solution to this has all the potenntial of a Waking nightmare.' Is it possible to stop the sleepwalk.?...

Naught Amiss
Blue tango,
The Roadrunner too.
Don’t try to catch him,
It’s a foolish thing to do.
Sleepwalk in your dreams,
Did William Tell,
Strawberry fields forever,
Did Tara’s theme ring a bell?
Little mouse running around my feet,
Looking for something good to eat.
Daydream believer,
Never to quiver.
Your house is flooded,
No one to deliver,
Can you swim?
Maxwell’s silver hammer,
Came down upon her head.
Golden slumber,
Sea of tranquility,
Naught amiss.
We are together,
We kiss....
