At times silence is golden
At very stressful times silence comforts and is golden peace.
Silence is golden ~~
when you have nothing to say!

A serene spirit,
My sweet soul craves carefully…
A still, solemn self

The whining breeze wanes...
As evening sun slips away
silence is Golden
Aug 03 2010 For Rick's "silence is golden"
Meditating subconsciously in quiet solitude
Draining the reservoir of intestinal fortitude
A calm, confident being will forthrightly protrude
wife’s loquacity
spouse turns his hearing aid off
silence is golden

hush, be still my soul
listen to God's breath, whispers
close your eyes, just feel

They're blasting, and looking for gold
Yeah, some riches that they could hold
No feeling for
Quiet no more
Don’t believe silence is their mold

you remind me of
a fly on a pile of poop …
always smearing dirt
such a nasty vache
you really gets on my 'teets' ~
silence is golden!
Quiet
Take a step back
Evil destroys people
Harmonious interactions
Selfish

Silence is golden like a ticket to knowwhere,
Just a way to daydream about the past,
When I speak the wrong things seem to always be said,
Drowning in my pain from an old best friend.
Form:
Silence is golden is a phrase from the past
Things have changed, need to rant, rave and blast
To be heard above the din
Much to our chagrin
Civility in the world has gone to the dogs fast
Silence is golden is a phrase from the past
Things have changed, need to rant, rave and blast
To be heard above the din
Much to our chagrin
Civility in the world is going to the dogs very fast
To some it is a prison in the desert, others a sea of tranquility
Some it is a jungle, they thrive on noise, to a hermit it is his paradise
Silence is golden or a ball and chain
Form:
Silence is golden, they say,
To that, in many cases, I all heartedly concur
But
One should never stay quiet
Whenever he witnesses an injustice to occur!

She never stopped talking, but now silence is golden
She ran off with the lodger, to him I'm beholden.

Silence is golden
Making room for thoughts maiden
From the mine within
Yes, it eases much burden
And shows the power within
Chatter is burden
It detains in common dene
Yes, talk taints the dean;
But silence, is the garden
That grows inventions within
Silence is Golden

I love mornings when silence is sweet and abundant,
Without the phone’s ring or any door emitting sound.
When thoughts on paper don’t appear too redundant,
And silence wouldn’t require a shelter underground.

Bright Marguerites,open and ablaze,
Reflected in a sunny haze.
Lilies waxed in a summer light,
A Jasmined fragrance to fill the night.
Perfumed petals,paper-white
Intoxicate,then delight;
Speaking volumes with words un-heard
Silent, flowers upon which all senses merge.
Feeling the serenity that knows all its powers
Unwinding the mazes not knowing what devours
To sprinkle the liquid as each we do walk
Inside is the garden where we meet and talk
Silence is golden in the garden there is love
Up high in the clear skies
Does fly the white dove

"Silence is golden"
seemed an asinine adage
when my "I love you"
was met with stony silence.
A black abyss engulfed me.
I longed to emerge.
I have heard time heals all wounds.
Time, prayer, and real love--
great healers--have brought me back.
Depression, you've been vanquished.
We are ALWAYS taught to tell the truth
But SOMETIMES there are exceptions to this rule
If your wife says ...
Does my bum look big in this ....
NEVER say yes dear !!!!
