Volcanic Substance

Emotional turmoil
Sudden surges of recoil
Bursting flames of rage

Black chunks of coal
Purged from the soul
Embers of grief and regret

Hope’s Joy

A beautiful,
sound of silence,
awakens me at dawn.

Purged from yesterday’s ills,
my soul prepares for a new
and pristine day…

Autumn

Autumn
Fallen leaves
Brown and golden
On the bare green earth,
Purged of summer's excess.

First Kiss

First Kiss

With a first kiss that entices aching unknowns,
My beating heart flutters, and beats into my soul.
Enveloped in joy completing me full
I am purged of my heart your lovely first kiss stole.

Another minion slew unseen.
Now visualize his soul unclean.
Above the law few it seems.
The consortium now busts at the seams.

The king of thrones has now been purged.
The fallen one you now are merged.
Your jihad since comes to an end.
Karma's law does now descend.

Premium Member Our Past

Our past is a highway
Flush with mile markers
That measure life travels,
Some unworthy of remembrance;

As life's pages systematically turn
The future becomes liquidated
And past increases;

Nothing is ever purged
And remains our DNA
Unless repelled by memory;
Or God rewrites your past.

Premium Member Purge the Poisoned Land

The land lies sick.
Its fever rages, but diagnosis wrong-
misread by hands that lie.

Cure the disease
at its poisoned root.
Let the tainted flow be purified,
then watch it rise.

No balm can soothe
till graft's stain is purged.

Purge the venom first -
free her from corruption's grip.

Ramblings of a Confused Tree Hugger Part 4

Its another day
just like every other day
not a lot to say

winter snow is on the ground
wind is blowing all around
the trees sleeping sound

There leaves are missing
there is no time for fishing
spring is worth wishing

new life will emerge
years of memories are purged
soon the seasons merge

Baby Girl

Lying in the morgue aneath the dim light
Her corpse both motionless
As left behind; pulling up unto the curb
While decades have come and gone
Held the years when beauty fled
A breath she flew; purged with tears
Which held their sight
And eager hands to turn this key....

Baby Girl

Lying in the morgue aneath it's dim light
Her corpse, both motionless as left behind ?
Pulling up unto his curb while decades have come
Thus then gone; held these years, when beauty fled
A breath she flew ? Purged of tears which hold their sight...
Climbing time's steps with, eager hands; and love, shall turn this key.

Denied

Well babe, we is in Purgatory being purged during this ride,, and the turnstiles are waiting on the other side, to see whether its New York or Somalia on the flip side, or a more subtle hell in the Earth... to slide, this knowledge is all that you're worth, not again came the echo ...denied... Her love was in flowing in my veins,
Like opium pumping adrenaline.

My heart repulsed her,
Yet my head kept her.

Like a cow in the herd,
She has become bitter herbs
That need to be spewed out
For my normality to return.

I have taken a stand together with my
 heart.
But the reins of my heart are stronger
  than my blood.

Premium Member Storm

Fiery shafts explode in light.
Thunder shakes the black of night.

Wailing winds shriek and cry
As storm begins to fill the sky.

Clouds in chaos twist and swirl
Release their sting of icy peril.

Sea churned white and sick with foam.
Gulls in fear, no longer roam.

Earth is purged of earthly pride.
Hell's mad fury, while Heaven cried.

Cursed

Cursed

Burnt red desert
Tiny slivers of light
Cacti on parched ground

The bane of wolf
A slow erotic urge
Cries of a man
Dark desires, needing purged

Blood moon glowing bright
Chilly frost in the air
Smell of blood and lust
Rancid , wafting and decayed hair

The cold hard reality
They all died with sin
And buried six feet under
encased forever within

Grey Thoughts

Life sucks, life is stuck
Don't be silent when you fall
It is when you can't go back
One more ing broken soul

Life swings, life is curved
Don't let illusions to come
You just want the past to be purged
Although so many things were done

Life is cheating, life is a blessing
Don’t be silent when you love
It is when you're simply breathing
When you feel it's enough

Allowed To Miss

being (having been) drained into a different shape,
purged of files and fluids,
the vampire reflex trips.

there is thirst like a dry river bed.

*

i have evaporated where i was once sweat on your burning skin and then condensed into this fog i have been lost in.

i have threaded perfect minutes through the eyes of several pictures in my mind to keep you in a couple of hours.

Doves Faltered

When doves faltered

   and babies cried,

hence blood was shed

in the name of the Father,

as every mother's bosom

  was purged of her child

grown to a man, only to die

  defending his brother's religion,

whilst no human was spared the

    wrath of wartime communion amid

    contradictions of holy water's delusions

waking upon the pathless path
we paused the cause to reflect
wherefrom arises the love storm
flowing within form unchecked

emptiness draws in magnetism
innocence in body prism is pure
bliss effervescence surges forth
within purged presence demure

as rapture suffuses every node
in heart abode we find our muse
touch kind holds love in embrace
from our aura golden mists ooze

Heeding the cries of the poor and needy,
Feeding all when I have nothing plenty;
Kneading evil-doers who are weedy,
Pleading to the Almighty for bounty.

Greed, the great vice, be purged out of myself,
Freed from this life of bondage so tiresome;
Reed-like may Spirit flow on giving joys.
Creed should not my existence overcome…
