I have become ash
Decayed for decades
What happened?
To my lithe thoughts
And deft digits
That could churn
Heaviness into brevity
And paltry pursuits
Into wee nuances
Those nuances
Simple shade of a meaning
May captivate your mind
And be quite intriguing
As the story unfolds
There is a building of suspense
There is just no telling
As to what may happen next
CHLOE
Chloe chastised chauvinism
Hating hypocrites of opposing gender
Liberating her limitless femininity
Obsessively opposing male nuances

For the epiphany, this Sunday at thirteen
I wanted a cake of kings,
I have a bakery across the street from my house
hello I would like a galette of kings,
Apple or frangipane? Waw?
I didn’t ask for an apple pie!

sense of gravity falls
mountains of ice melts
raised to wash lands
in between winds and tides

Water lily lake
in hot pink epoch of sun
Coral lilies bob
Fuchsia flight, dusk melodies
Salmon rose sends scents
Moonlight lake gleams, as
skies darken to amaranth
Pink daisy twilight
Gathering sweet raspberries
at red-violet day's end
When a poem is liked
It’s like a light to shine
Within my mind
Hold close the elloquences
This longing for life
This thing is alive
Struggling to show
Its nuances curtail
The tricks of mind
This must be how it feels
When dead men come to life
