Lord,
Bless the soul that’s encrusted with dross,
Who receives and has no heart for giving.
Who hasn’t been informed about the cross,
And is searching for justification for living;

When the morning light fills my eyes with
rays of gleaming hope I sit and wonder what
the day may bring.
I ask myself can this really be the day
that my prayer is answered?
Only to find out that I am awake again to
ask the same question.

and butter buns,

There was a bird and outside my window or corner of my house

He was also praising and talking to God
