A Morning Prayer
Dear God, thank You for this new day,
You are my rock, my hiding quay,
My heart's shining enlight'ning Ray,
Be Thou my guide, be Thou my stay,
Show me Thy will, help me to pray,
Lead me along this life's lone way,
Strengthen Thou me, fears keep away,
Thank You for hearing what I say.
Amen.
