The mist,
Dances,
like ballerina heels,
It kisses,
The fountains,
And irises,
Bows and sways on
Reynaldo Casison
crystals are dancing
a soft mist from the fountain
happiness abounds
written January 10, 2022
autumn leaves are drifting down
the cold mist rolls to the shore
one lone candle lights my door
drawn in, I feel as before
water flowing down
cascading over old rocks
silver mist sprays out
reflecting light from the sun
a rainbow arch over head
Ice cream in the mist
and dripping cones at dawn's edge
in a mad, mad mood!
The two of us are laughing
to see the sun arising.
Its like Karen Carpenter knew
How I long to be close to you
But COVID-19
Has slipped in between
Naught to do but colour me blue!
A gentle rain falls
as puddles reflect gray skies
A love that once was
now disappears in the mist
and the tears reflect the pain
the fog rises up
from snow piles like ghosts....
cold mist flies away

lifeless mist slowly
morphing form on the rocky shore~
sight from the highway

It seems to me my tears never seem to really stop
lingering in the distance, free falling.
Mist, cloud, and rain.
Creating
Fine mist from the fog
Living with
Clouds below
Concentrating, believing
The clouds come alive

A wash of mist
incompletes the visible,
and yet
this morning
no eyes need definite
a world
being painted once more.
A storm has come and as the waves;
Crash against a wall built to defend;
In the sea of life; so too has love once again;
Been held back

She must of been,
The mist,
The way her sweet love,
Glides,
With its wings,
Into the coves,
And meadows,
Of our souls
Reynaldo Casison
All's quiet at the pier.
The mist slowly rises over the harbour.
Soon the crew will gather.

Crisp
breeze blows
dawn dewdrops
kissing cobwebs
as twilight shimmers
in haunting mist
gold orb rays
gloss too
soft
His shadow moved like smoke,
released from the fire
Fading in the night air
—never to return

She holds her memories
the most infrequent
paltry mists of past
liaisons stormy
strife from deep within

Mist;
You fall, you crawl, you roll,
And into people’s thoughts you seep,
Like an uninvited dream
Into foggy brains
On the edge of sleep …
sodden vapors cling
drench my soul with thoughts of you
leaden in the night

The moon has risen
Slightly into the night air
Reflections are cast
On the river down below
A foggy mist lies opaque
